An employee can have a 7, 30, 90 or 180 day waiting period with Hartford. The employee can elect to supplement their Workers Compensation benefits with their sick and/or vacation accruals during their Hartford waiting period. ** Should the Workers Compensation claim be approved the Workers Compensation carrier will work with the State Disability organization to make adjustment to ensure the employee is not over paid If an employee is on a leave that does 1
