With your help we can change the world When it comes down to it, we re all about making bike riding easier for everyone. A big part of that is supporting our members with great benefits. But the other stuff is just as important. We re talking about championing bike riding to create significant, measurable change to the health of Australians. During our 35 year history we ve witnessed vast improvements to bike riding conditions on our streets. This has sparked a riding revolution but there s so much more to be done. With new bike riders joining us all the time we re very optimistic about the future. Cycling development Using our evidence-based expertise we work with local, state and the Federal Government to advocate for better cycling infrastructure. We provide advice on policy and projects and help develop better bike planning capabilities. We also positively influence outcomes through our campaigns and media comment. Behaviour change We re serious about helping to get more people cycling more often so we run large-scale, measurable behaviour change programs such as Ride2Work and Ride2School. Our evidence-based programs encourage people to start riding and support them to ride on a regular basis. None of this can be achieved without the help and support of our members. So why not become a member today and join us on our journey. I m a passionate believer in a healthier society, and Bicycle Network champions this belief. Peter, Balwyn North
