Tullis-Toledano Manor Photos courtesy of Mississippi Heritage Trust Biloxi, MS Harrison County left: A casino barge on the Tullis site after Hurricane Katrina Built in 1856 by wealthy New Orleans cotton broker Christoval Toledano, Tullis-Toledano Manor was open to the public as a historic house museum.
