ENTRANCE HYMN A ngel voices, ever singing, round thy throne of light, angel harps, for ever ringing, rest not day or night; Thousands only live to bless Thee, and confess Thee Lord of might. Thou who art beyond the farthest mortal eye can scan, can it be that thou regardest songs of sinful man? Can we know that thou art near us and wilt hear us? Yea, we can. Yea, we know that thou rejoicest o'er each work of thine; thou didst ears and hands and voices for thy praise design; craftsman's art and music's measure for thy pleasure all combine. In thy house, great God, we offer of thine own to thee; and for thine acceptance proffer, all unworthily, hearts and minds and hands and voices, in our choicest psalmody. 3

Honour, glory, might and merit, thine shall ever be, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, blessed Trinity! Of the best that thou hast given earth and heaven render thee. PENITENTIAL RITE I confess to almighty God and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have greatly sinned, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have failed to do, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault; therefore I ask blessed Mary ever-virgin, all the Angels and Saints, and you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God. 4

May almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting life. Amen. Mass VI Costock GLORIA IN EXCELSIS G lory be to God in heaven, Songs of joy and peace we bring, Thankful hearts and voices raising, To creation s Lord we sing: Lord, we thank you, Lord, we bless you, Glory be to God our king. T. CWM RHONDDA Lamb of God who on your shoulders, Bore the load of this world s sin, Only Son of God the Father, You have brought us peace within. Lord, have mercy, Christ, have mercy, Now your glorious reign begin. 5

You, O Son of God, are holy, You we praise with one accord, None in heav n or earth is like you, Only you are Christ the Lord, With the Father, and the Spirit, Ever worshipped and adored. THE COLLECT G od of might, giver of every good gift, put into our hearts the love of your name, so that, by deepening our sense of reverence, you may nurture in us what is good and, by your watchful care, keep safe what you have nurtured. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. GOSPEL ACCLAMATION A lleluia! sing to Jesus! His the sceptre, his the throne. Alleluia! His the triumph, his the victory alone. Hark! the songs of peaceful Zion thunder like a mighty flood. Jesus out of every nation hath redeemed us by his blood. STAND THE HOLY GOSPEL John 6:1-15 Please SIT for the Homily 7

THE PROFESSION OF FAITH I STAND believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary BOW and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen. 8

THE PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL Lord, hear us OR Lord, in your mercy Lord, graciously hear us. Hear our prayer. Hail, Mary, Full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen. J THE LITURGY OF THE EUCHARIST esus, my Lord, my God, my All, hear me, blest Saviour, when I call; hear me, and from thy dwelling-place pour down the riches of thy grace; Jesus, my Lord, I thee adore, O make me love thee more and more. Jesus, too late I thee have sought, how can I love thee as I ought? And how extol thy matchless fame, the glorious beauty of thy Name? Jesus, my Lord, I thee adore, O make me love thee more and more. Jesus, what didst thou find in me, that thou hast dealt so lovingly? How great the joy that thou hast brought, so far exceeding hope or thought! Jesus, my Lord, I thee adore, O make me love thee more and more. 9

Jesus, of thee shall be my song, to thee my heart and soul belong; all that I have or am is thine, and thou, blest Savior, thou art mine. Jesus, my Lord, I thee adore, O make me love thee more and more. Pray, my brothers and sisters, that our sacrifice may be acceptable to God the almighty Father. May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of his name, for our good, and the good of all his holy Church. 10

The celebrant continues with the Eucharistic prayer until we sing: oly, holy, holy. Lord God of Hosts. Heaven and earth are full of your glory, Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, Hosanna in the highest. Hosanna in the highest. Lessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord. Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna in the highest. Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna in the highest. We all KNEEL as the Celebrant continues with the Eucharistic Prayer. After the Lord s words are said over the bread and the chalice we use the following response: W H B hen we eat this bread and drink this cup, We proclaim your death, Lord Jesus. until you come in glory. until you come in glory. At the end of prayer we all sing: Amen. 11

THE LORD S PRAYER COMMUNION RITE STAND At the Saviour s command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say: O ur Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Saviour Jesus Christ. For the Kingdom, the power and the glory are yours Now and for ever. Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your apostles: peace I leave you, my peace I give you. Look not on our sins but on the faith of your Church and graciously grant her peace and unity in accordance with your will, who live and reign for ever and ever. Amen. 12

AGNUS DEI L amb of God you take away the sins of the world. Have mercy on us. Lamb of God you take away the sins of the world. Have mercy on us. Lamb of God you take away the sins of the world. Grant us peace COMMUNION Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sin of the world. Blessed are those who are called to the supper of the lamb. Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed. When offered the Host/Chalice or when given a blessing the response is: Amen. 13

DURING HOLY COMMUNION J ust as I am, without one plea, but that thy blood was shed for me, and that thou bidd'st me come to thee, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am, and waiting not to rid my soul of one dark blot, to thee, whose blood can cleanse each spot, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am, though tossed about with many a conflict, many a doubt; fightings and fears within, without, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind; sight, riches, healing of the mind, yea, all I need, in thee to find, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am, thou wilt receive; wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve, because thy promise I believe, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am, thy love unknown has broken every barrier down; now to be thine, yea, thine alone, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. 14

Just as I am, of that free love the breadth, length, depth, and height to prove, here for a season, then above: O Lamb of God, I come, I come. PRAYER AFTER COMMUNION STAND Please SIT for the Notices THE CONCLUDING RITES STAND 15

FINAL HYMN T each me, my God and King, in all things thee to see, and what I do in anything to do it as for thee. A man that looks on glass, on it may stay his eye; or if he pleaseth, through it pass, and then the heaven espy. All may of thee partake; nothing can be so mean, which with this tincture, "for thy sake," will not grow bright and clean. A servant with this clause makes drudgery divine: who sweeps a room, as for thy laws, makes that and the action fine. This is the famous stone that turneth all to gold; for that which God doth touch and own cannot for less be told. 16
