This week, be honest with those around you, but also practice honesty during those moments when you are all by yourself.

Then, find a partner and share answers to the following questions with each other. How do you think that event made you into a strong person? Do you feel like you persevered through that trial or gave up? What was the end result? Looking back, how do you see God using that situation for good? Homework Memorize Psalm 27:12 Remember that getting through hardships sometimes requires the support of others. If you are going through a particularly difficult situation right now, seek help from a trusted friend or even a counselor from your church. Also, be ready to help someone else in need. Gain his or her trust by showing genuine support and not by condemning. Always be available to simply listen.
