Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, the registration under this Act of a company or other body corporate pursuant to this section shall continue and have effect only while at least one director of the company or at least one member of the board of management of the body corporate or a person employed by the company or body corporate to manage and supervise the painting undertaken by it, continues to be registered under this Act. REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES 1. Standard application form No 7 to be completed by an authorised representative of the company/body corporate. 2. Statutory Declaration form to be completed by an authorised representative of the company/body corporate. 3. Statutory Declaration form to be completed by the company/body corporate nominated registered supervisor. 4. A formal agreement between the company/body corporate and its nominated registered supervisor to be provided in triplicate. 5.
