You may make changes to your allocation via your Plan s website or by calling 800-543-2520. Limitations on Investment Options: Limits on making changes to your allocations may be imposed by the Plan or by the funding option provider. Any limits or restrictions made by a mutual fund manager are described in the prospectus for the mutual fund. They include restrictions intended to prevent market timing (i.e., rapid trading in and out of a mutual fund). In addition to the limits and restrictions described in the prospectus, the Employer may have other restrictions on making changes to your allocations. If your Employer has additional limits, they will be described in a separate document that will be provided to you by your Employer. Voting, Tender, and Similar Rights: Certain investment options that your plan account may hold may give you the opportunity to vote on proposals from the mutual funds or the underlying funds in a variable annuity. If and when such opportunities happen, you will receive a notice with the instructions on how to take advantage of what is being offered. Participant-Elected Services Expenses Table The table below focuses on expenses for optional services available through your Plan. Certain fees may be charged to your individual account for optional services you use.
