2 Introduction In this paper which provided by essay writing service we'll write about different types of motivation, leadership and goal achievement. Motivations can be said to be the processes which arouses and maintains human behavior towards meeting some set objectives. It is that psychological process that gives behavior purpose of direction (Chopra, 2002) In Management, motivation is that inward force that pushes individuals to achieve personal and organizational goals. This force indoctrinates employees with a purposeful unity and the importance of maintaining harmonious relationships among them ( 2002). There are different types of motivation, and their objective is to enhance employees desire to work more for the betterment of the company. This will result to increased performance output and eventual increase in organizational turnover. In this line, it plays a pivotal role in organizational management and goal realization. Therefore, it is mandatory for managers and team leaders to continue improving their motivational skill for its benefits to be felt within the organization. There is a demonstration from Research data, which shows that motivated employees produce more than nun motivated ones. Therefore, it is true to say that motivation has a significant part in modern management. There are two areas of motivation. The first is extrinsic motivation which is motivation by external factors like giving rewards among others. The other motivation originates from the persons desire to succeed in all tasks undertaken, intrinsic motivation (Hiam,2003). The need to achieve organizational goals has made employees motivation received a significant attention in modern management practices. It leads to increased output because it w mp y u n v and ab n i m. D v p d m iva i n m c ani m in ganiza i n ensures that employees will tend to stay longer in a given firm, again motivated employees leads to efficiency in the utilization of resources. The goals of a motivated employee are not different from those of the company this increases their willingness to work and perfect whatever they are in charge. Management and subordinates have mutual working relationships. When there is discipline in organization output, which is always the goal significantly. These are all fruits of organizational motivation undertakings.

Such skill expands their horizon, and they are able to see greater career possibilities and so devotedly work towards attaining them. The theory X postulated by Macgregor suggests that people naturally dislike working they look at it as a vice rather than a virtue, and they will always try to do anything to run away from it (Lipman,2013, May 18). This explains the need to coerce and motivated employees to finish tasks and increase the productivity of an organization. Fina y mp y m iva i n p ay a f midab in day manag m n p ac ic. Managers and their team leaders will always have the responsibility to investigate and know the need of their workers. This will help in motivation practices. Managers need realize that numerous reasons in an organization demotivate employees greatly (Evans, 1986). Great attention must be paid to this issues and what should be to them as positivity in the organization must be promoted at all costs. However, their removal affects the organization negatively most of the time; they have a responsibility to know how to strike a balance. This explains why managers are the chief motivators in the organization. Employees can be motivated by going for trips, promotion, and satisfying work condition and even in monetary terms.
