EIM Free Leads @ 90% Commission 2014 Program Overview Welcome to Ellis Insurance Marketing (EIM) a division of Ellis & Forbes Insurance Partners, Inc. We have been working with agents across the U.S. since 2005. We are pleased that you have decided to join us. We have an exciting program that is designed to be flexible and that allows our agents to start with us and stay with us throughout their career. We offer an in-house agent program (non-captive) that gives the agent an attractive starting contract of 90% combined with an exclusive lead program that can be perpetual and FREE to the agent. This gives an agent an opportunity to be successful and always flush with leads during productive weeks as well as nonproductive weeks. For the agent that has their own lead source or would prefer a higher contract, we offer a wholesale contract STARTING at 115% with most carriers. Experienced and productive agents can earn higher contract levels. Agents that would like to grow an agency or become recruiters will enjoy our Agency Builder program. We offer training, recruiting support, webpage access, reduced cost on leads for you to use with your 90% level agents, and more. Agency, MGA and IMO level contracting available to those who qualify. 761 Glenridge Way Winter Park, FL 32789 Phone: 407-745-0799 Fax: 407-641-8075 E-Mail: Nicole@EllisInsuranceMarketing.com Web: www.ellisinsurancemarketing.com

EIM PROGRAM OVERVIEW 90% COMMISSION WITH FREE LEADS Foresters and United Home Life are our two preferred insurance carriers for the FREE LEAD program. These two companies compliment each other very well. We suggest placing your best health clients that have a Checking or Savings account with Foresters. They are very hard to beat on Level coverage plans. We suggest placing your Graded and Modified business with United Home Life (UHL). UHL has some of the best rates on the market for these two rate classes. Also, they don t lower the agents commission on these polices. UHL also has a Guaranteed Issue plan to 10k for those hard to place clients. We pay our agents 90% Commission. The company advances 9 months and the agents are paid directly from Foresters or UHL. Chargebacks are prorated only and not 100%. We do not require a vesting schedule for trail/residual commissions. All agents are fully vested from day 1. We are primarily a Foresters shop and every attempt must be made to put your business through Foresters using UHL only as a back-up carrier. We can t successfully support the FREE LEAD aspect of this program using UHL. 1) Agents are placed at the 90% Commission Level with both Insurance Providers 2) Agents are assigned a Protected Territory (agent chooses 2-3 counties in which to receive leads) 3) Agents will receive 20% Production Credit toward leads, calculated weekly. 4) Agent will receive an email each Thursday asking if they wish to use their credit to place a lead order or they can carry over their credit to a subsequent week. 5) Agents must order a minimum of twice a month to maintain their territory. 6) Production credit carries no cash value and can t be reassigned and can only be redeemed for leads by active agents. 7) Production Credit can only be rolled for 30 days without prior request. That s it! It s a very simple program that should be easy to follow. Each time you write business, from our leads, your leads, referrals or anywhere a sale comes from builds a balance in your lead account!

EIM Real Life Example(s)! EIM Live Life Leads have a minimum order amount of 20 leads and are discounted for our agents at a price of $14.95 per lead. (Total amount of $299 for 20 leads)! The average closing ratio for these leads is approx.. 20%. In a lead order of 20 leads, agents should sell around 4 policies per order.! An average monthly premium for the Final Expense market is generally around $45/mo. & the Annual Premium is $540 ($45x12). Based on this example, the 20% credit would be $108. Example 1: Based on a 15% Closing Ratio Agent receives an average of 20 leads per week and make 3 sales per week Average Annualized Premium (AP) is $540.00 / total AP for week is $1620.00 20% Credit is $324.00 Agent would receive an email asking if he/she would like to order leads and would have the option to use $300.00 to receive 20 leads and roll the remaining balance of $30.00 towards a future order. Example 2: Based on a 20% Closing Ratio Agent receives an average of 20 leads per week and make 4 sales per week. Average Annualized Premium (AP) is $550.00 / total AP for week is $2,160.00 20% Credit is $432.00 Agent would receive an email asking if he/she would like to order leads and would have the option to use $300.00 to receive 20 leads and roll the remaining balance of $140.00 toward a future order. Table Example The following table is an example of potential weekly lead credits based on the above assumptions Closing Ratio # Sales Total A/P Credit Next Order +Future Bal. 15% 3 $1,620 $324 20% 4 $2,160 $432 Free $24 Free $132

EIM Continued As you can see through these examples, agents can easily build and maintain an ample balance to draw from. They can go on vacations and have credit to purchase leads upon their return, they can have leads coming in whether they are actively closing business or on a dry patch. This program is designed to stabilize the lead flow and eliminates the worry of how do I come up with money to buy leads? Within weeks of joining the program, you should be stable and worry free. To help you get started, we will provide you a lead credit of $100 for your first two orders. Lead Cost # Leads Lead Credit Your Cost $300 20 $100 $200

EIM Anticipated Q&A Q: Why Foresters? A: Truthfully? We have a great contract with Foresters and this allows us to give the agent a strong contact and still make enough to support the program. Q: Can we use Monumental? A: Yes, but mathematically, it would require you to be at 80% for us to support the program. Q: What if my balance gets too high? A: A wonderful problem to have. We suggest you consider keeping a two week surplus and after that, we can offer addition options, such as an order of direct mail leads, etc. Q: What if my balance isn t enough to order this week? A: We make money when you make money. If you don t have leads to make sales, it isn t good for you or us. We will work with you on those weeks to find a balance. Building and maintaining a surplus is important to prevent these situations from continuously happening. Q: What if I have no business to submit to get started? A: Our program is self-supported by production. This will keep this program strong and allow it to continue for others. However, if an agent has no business, no referrals and no old leads to work, we will discount the first two lead orders by $100.00 each (20 leads for $200.00) to help them get started. Q: Do we offer any lead financing program? A: Absolutely not. One of the fastest way to get in trouble in this industry is to participate in a lead financing program. Agents order without immediate consequence and with the anticipation of paying down their balance later. It usually works against them as their commissions are deducted to maintain lead flow until they are out of business altogether. We see this time and time again with two well known marketing organizations. We refer to their agents as Indentured Servants as they can never buy themselves out of lead debt. Q: What option do I have to come up with starter funds if I have no business to write? A: We have a referral program with a lender that will lend you enough to purchase the first two orders, without the need of showing credit worthiness. You are charged a set-up fee and interest but should be able to pay if off within the first month from commissions. After that, you should be able to maintain weekly leads with no out of pocket expense ever again!

EIM Q: Do I have to maintain accounting or submit any production reports to stay on the program? A: NO. The beauty of this program is that is simple. You just write business. We send you a report each week showing the amount of production you did and your current production credit. Your only requirement is to review the report, let us know of any discrepancies and to let us know if you want to place an order that week. The default will be NO. If you don t respond, we will assume you are not placing an order, on vacation or taking time off. We won t SPEND your credit on leads you weren t asking for.

EIM Program Agent Agreement Form 90% COMMISSION WITH FREE LEADS To participate in this program, agents must complete this form and fax it to 407-641-8075 or email it to your upline. Agent Rights 1) We offer our agents a FULL written release at any time upon request. This request will be granted as long as the agent is in good standing and has no outstanding debt or debit balance. 2) AGENTS CAN CHOOSE TO MOVE FROM THE FREE LEAD PROGRAM TO THE PAID LEAD PROGRAM AT ANY TIME. WE WILL MOVE THE AGENT FROM THE 90% TO THE 115% COMMISSION LEVEL. WE DO THIS TO ENCOURAGE AGENTS TO STAY WITHIN OUR AGENCY. *Note: to be fair, sales from FREE leads will be paid at the original 90% commission level. If you understand and agree to the rules and conditions for the FREE Lead Program, please sign and return along with your contracting forms. I,, wish to be part of the Ellis Insurance Marketing FREE Lead Program. I understand that I must make every effort to place the business with EIM. I also understand I have the right to change to 115% at any time upon written request. I further understand that business written from leads received will still pay at the original contract rate. I agree to work directly with the insurance carriers to resolve any potential charge back scenario. I agree that I am responsible for my own debt. I agree that should there be any legal action needed as it relates to unpaid debt, roll-up debt, charge-backs or any debt rolled to Ellis Insurance Marketing by the agent or down-line agent, that it will be handled through the courts in Orange County, Florida.
