Roles & Responsibilities Implementation Specialist: Work with site managers and staff to prepare them for go live Responsible for the implementation tasks on the checklist Provides some training of staff & providers Assignments: Walden Lake Adult & Van Dyke Adult Nydia Berrios South Tampa Adult & Westchase Adult Sandy Johnson
Roles & Responsibilities Site Manager: Works with Implementation Specialist Responsible for the Implementation tasks on the Site Checklist May be a Super User If not a Super User, user should have a solid understanding of the EMR Understand current and future state workflows
Roles & Responsibilities Practice Manager: Needs to know how & what is going on at the site during implementation Staff is informed Providers are informed Need to solve any barriers or problems May or may not be a Super User Should have a solid understanding of the EMR and workflow impact
Roles & Responsibilities Physician Lead: Provides guidance & support to other providers Works with site manager to prepare site Generates enthusiasm for project Physician Champion: Provides guidance & support to other providers Participates on various project teams and steering committees Participates in software development Generates enthusiasm for project
Roles & Responsibilities Super Users: Key to the success of your implementation Provide training on preload Participate in training of other staff members Provide go live support (someone covers for them on go live week) First line of defense for site staff
Training Requirements Super Users Training Requirements: MA Super User will attend MA and Provider training MR Super User will attend MR training IF MR and MA share duties, they need to attend both MA and MR Participate in training of their group as a class moderator Assist with go live support for their group
Roles & Responsibilities PSA s: First responsibility is to cover staff Clinical PSA s are for EMR support only Available to support or assist with preload activities Participate in go live support Request staff the same as you do today
