The Company is looking for Security Officers for our Factory at Bengaluru. 1. CHIEF MANAGER [SECURITY] (Gr.6)/ MANAGER- [SECURITY] / (Gr.5)/ - One Post 2. SECURITY OFFICER (GR.2)/ASST SECURITY OFFICER (GR.1) One Post Appointment on Tenure basis for a period of Five years, which is extendable for further period based on Company s requirement and satisfactory performance of the official. Degree in Law is preferred EXPERIENCE AND DESIRED PROFILE Grade-6/5: Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience as Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces/Para Military Forces/Police Organisations. Grade-2/1: Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience as Non Commissioned Officer like JCO/CPO/JWO/MCPO/ in the armed forces/ Sub-Inspector/Inspector in Police Organisations/ Para Military forces. Or 12 years Executive level experience dealing with Security matters in Large Industrial Organisations for Chief Manager- Grade-6, 9 years for Manager Gr.5, 3 years for Security Officer-Grade-2, 2 years for Asst Security Officer (Gr.1)

3 JOB CONTENT Should be capable of Planning, organising and supervising Industrial Security, Intelligence work, Fire Fighting work independently in any shift and also conduct investigations in the cases related to Industrial security.. Should be able to plan, organize in-plant training to Security and Fire fighting personnel and also for Civil Defence organization. Knowledge of Regional language, Kannada is desirable. AGE: Below 45 years for Chief Manager-security (Gr.6), 42 years for Manager- Security, 30 years for Security Officer(Gr.2)/Asst. Security Officer (Gr.1) positions.
