Tarrant County Indigent Health Care (CIHCP) provides health care services to eligible residents through the counties, hospital districts and public hospitals in Texas. 1. The Breast and Cervical Cancer Services program (BCCS) offers clinical breast examinations, mammograms, pelvic examinations, and Pap tests throughout Texas at no or low-cost to eligible women. 1. Diagnosed and in need of treatment for breast or cervical cancer per BCCS guidelines: i. Primary qualifying diagnosis ii. Metastasis related to primary qualifying diagnosis iii.
