Abecha - Esso Corporate Fleet Card Programme entitles you to an upfront, direct discount of 16.5% off fuel pump prices at all 65 Esso stations island-wide, all-year round. The program is exclusive for all corporate fleet and corporate employees, and it can also be extended to your family vehicles as well! Enjoy great convenience, jumping the queue by tapping your Speedpass or swiping your fleet card right at the pump - which means no more queuing during rush hour at the counter. Simply swipe the card or tap the Speedpass at the pump, fuel up your tank and go! 2. What Why would I use this program when there are higher discounts in the market? DIRECT SAVINGS! The offer is 16.5% upfront meaning you actually pay 16.5% less than the pump price without any restrictions. The discount is set at least until the end of 2014. NO ANNUAL FEES! Other programs might require an annual fee for the cards. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE What s more, some programs might require you to spend a certain transaction amount to be entitled to their cashback program (with a cap and validity period on the cash back amount). JUMP THE QUEUE Furthermore, with other programmes you still have to present the your petrol membership card in every purchase at the counter to be entitled to the add-on fuel discount. Abecha is the authorized major reseller of ExxonMobil Fleet Card Program (Program) and ExxonMobil has referred Citibank to work with Abecha Pte Ltd on the Program. With the current volume that Abecha generates on the Program and the expected higher volume from Citibank staff and other potential customers, they are able to negotiate a preferential rate. 4. How do I apply for this new scheme? Simply visit http://www.sesami.net/abecha/esso/citi/employee to complete the Program registration form. 5. Who can participate in the Program? The programme is open for Citibank employees (including family vehicles). 6. Can I apply for the card (Individual) if the car is not registered under my name? Yes, you can. 7. How long will the processing of my application take? Your application will be processed and if your application is successful, a Fleet Card will be sent within 4 weeks. 8. How do I use the Fleet Card and Speedpass? You can use the Fleet Card at the petrol pump or cashier counter by swiping the card and entering your pin number. Speedpass can be used at the petrol pump itself, just tap, pump and then the transaction will go through. The Speedpass has no pin number. 9. Can the Fleet Card be used for other purchases? No. The Fleet Card can only be used for fuel purchases. 10. Can the pin of the Fleet Card be changed? Yes. It can be changed at the petrol kiosk. 11. If I tap the Speedpass twice, will I be charged twice? No! This is how the Speedpass works: You tap the pass, select the fuel you wish to pump, pump and then the transaction will take place. Otherwise, it won't. 12. Is there a limit to the number of transactions per day? Yes. 2 transactions can be made per day on the Speedpass and Fleet Card i.e. with a Speedpass and a Fleet card, you can make up to 4 transactions a day. This is actually part of ExxonMobil's security features to minimize the loss incurred due to stolen or lost cards. 13. Any credit limit? The credit limit is set at a default amount of S$800 per month. 14. Is there minimum spending required per month and any penalty charges for non usage? No, there is not minimum spend. 15. Any expiry date for the Fleet Card? A Fleet Card has a 3-year validity period and all active transacting cards will be renewed automatically. You will receive the renewal card within one month of your Fleet Card expiry date. Your Fleet Card &/or Speedpass will be deactivated if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. 16. Will I earn "Smiles" points with purchases under this new scheme? No, the Abecha-Esso Corporate Fleet Card Program provides upfront discount. 17. Can I share the Fleet Card and Speedpass with my family? No, you cannot. Every Fleet Card and Speedpass is tag to the registered vehicle number written on the application form. In order to use the program for more than one vehicle you have to register every vehicle separately. You are able to register as many vehicles as you wish. 18. What do I do if I have a change of vehicle or mailing address? You would have to call Abecha s hotline at 6333 1188 to inform of any changes. Alternatively, you can email to Custcare_bc@abecha.com. An acknowledgment email will be sent once your details have been updated. 19. What do I do if I lose my Fleet Card &/or Speedpass? You would have to call Abecha s hotline at 6333 1188 to deactivate the Fleet Card &/or Speedpass immediately. Alternatively, you can email to Custcare_bc@abecha.comand the Fleet Card &/or Speedpass would be deactivated within 1 business day. 20. What do I do if I lose/forget my pin number for the Fleet Card? You would have to call Abecha s hotline at 6333 1188 to request for a new pin number. Alternatively, you can email to Custcare_bc@abecha.com. The new pin number would be mailed to you at your mailing address within one week. 21. Are there any charges for lost or damaged Fleet Card &/or Speedpass? No charges. 22. How long do I have to wait for the replacement Fleet Card &/or Speedpass? A replacement Fleet Card &/or Speedpass will be sent to you at your mailing address within 3 weeks of your request for such replacement. 23. Why am I given only 5% discount at the pump station when I used my Fleet Card? The 16.5% discount will be applied to the total amount at the pump station and only be reflected on your Citibank Credit card statement. The 5% discount on at the pump station is valid for non- Fleet Card users only. When will the charges be charged to my Citibank Credit Card? The charges will be charged to your Citibank Credit Card 4 times a month (every 7 days approximately). 25. Where can I check the details of my petrol transactions? You will receive a tax invoice from Abecha at your registered email address 4 times a month (every 7 days approximately). 26. Can I make payment with any Citibank Credit Card? No. Please ensure that the Citibank Credit Card that you are using is issued by Citibank Singapore Ltd only. 28. How can I change my payment details for my Citibank Credit Card? Please send an email with your name, fleet card number and the details of the changes to Custcare_bc@abecha.com. An acknowledgment email will be sent once your details have been updated. 29. Who should I contact if I have more enquiries?
