Tenderers are required to show that the offered specifications are responsive to the requirements and identify the item/model and manufacturer of each individual item. The technical specifications described in Column 3 are minimum requirements. Tenderers may offer better specifications but should not provide offers that do not comply substantially with the minimum requirements. All items have to be delivered to the European Banking Authority, Tower 42 (Level 9, 8 and 20), 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N HQ. The tenderer is responsible for all the necessary measures to prevent any damage during delivery. If any damage occurs during delivery it must be rectified by the tenderer.
