The ship < NAME OF SHIP > under arrest in < LOCATION > be permitted to: (a) sail without deviation to < NAME OF PORT > as soon as practicable but no later than < DATE >; (b) discharge at < NAME OF PORT > the cargo on board consisting of < DESCRIPTION OF CARGO >; (c) thereafter sail to < NAME OF PORT > by no later than < DATE > and proceed to a designated berth, buoy or anchorage as required by the Marshal and remain there until further order of the court. 2.
