IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS WARNING: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, relocating, servicing, or cleaning it. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or serious personal injury: 1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. 2. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet before relocating, servicing, or cleaning it. 3. Do not plug/unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand. 4. Keep the power cord and product away from heated surfaces, including stovetops. 5. Do not immerse in or expose the base, power cord, or plug to water or other liquids. Do not attempt to open any part of the base. 6. To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug; do not pull on the power cord. 7. Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break. 8. If using an extension cord with this product, the marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord must be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product. 9. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injure to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running. 10. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged power cord or plug, malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing. This product is intended for use in blending food products, ice crushing; do not use the product for any other purpose. 12. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended for use by children. 13. Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use, especially when children are present. Extra caution is necessary when using this product near children. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use. 1

14. Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause a risk of injury to persons. 15. This product contains exposed sharp metal blades. Use extreme caution when handling. 16. Avoid contact with moving parts. 17. Always operate blender with cover in place. 18. Always operate the product on a flat, level, stable surface to avoid overturning it. 19. Ensure the product is off before adding or removing parts. Do not attempt to place or remove the jar onto the Base while the motor is running. 20. Correctly attach the blade assembly to the jar before putting the jar onto the base. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter- assembly blades on the base without jar properly attached. 21. When blending hot liquids, remove center piece of two-piece cover. Noted: Ensure the hot liquid temperature not exceed 140ºF, and the maximum liquid capacity less than 40 oz. 22. After operating continuously for two minutes, wait at least one minute before operating the product again to help prevent the motor from overheating. 23. Do not run motor while jar is empty. 24. This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial, household use only. Do not use outdoors. 25. Do not let cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. 26. This product uses a short power cord to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Non-slip feet PARTS AND FEATURES OPERATING To Assemble WARNING: To avoid damage to the product or serious personal injury: Do not activate or plug the product into an electrical outlet until the product is completely assembled. Unplug the blender when not in use. The blades of the product are very sharp; handle with care. 1. Before using the product for the first time, wash all the parts except the motor housing in warm, soapy water and then rinse and dry thoroughly. 2. The blades assembly, seal ring and jar base is already assembled with the jar, it is can not be separated. 3

3. Place the main body on a flat, stable surface, and then place the assembled jar and jar base on the top of the main body, insert it by aligning the three protruding tabs on the jar base to the notch on the main body. Turn it slightly in clockwise direction till it locks with the main body. 4. Place the lid with measuring cap onto the jar. NOTE: Make sure the plastic lid is always securely in place on top of the jar before operating the product. HOW TO USE 1. Place the main body on a flat, stable surface. 2. Fill the jar with the desired foods. Put the lid on top of the jar and press down. Insert the measuring cap to the center of the lid, by align the marking to the Unlock end of the arrow, and turn it in counterclockwise slightly, to lock tightly. 3. Put the assembled glass jar and jar base on the main body, insert it by aligning the three protruding tabs on the jar base to the notch on the main body, and then turn it slightly in clockwise direction till it locks with the main body. The machine was fully assembled now. 4. Plug the unit into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet. The blue light on the display become bright for 3 seconds and then go off. The blender is in OFF mode now. The signal means the power is well connected and ready for working. Otherwise, check the power connection to see if it is correct. 5. Press ON/OFF button, the blue light bright, on will appears on the display, the blender is in the Stand-by mode now. If there is no pressing any others button to follow, the blue light will disappears after 3 seconds and the blender will automatically shut off after 3 minutes, back to Off mode. 6. After press the ON/OFF button, press the PULSE, ICE, SMOOTHIE button to choose direct function, the default setting will appears and direct start the blender working, the timer start to count down. NOTE: when choosing the PULSE, ICE, SMOOTHIE function, the default setting is 120 10, that means 120 seconds time and speed level 10. It is the maximum time and speed of the blender, and it cannot be changed in these functions, just can press ON/OFF button to stop it, or press the chosen function again for back to Stand-by mode. 1> PULSE function: 4

This can be used for short processing jobs to run the blender motor at a high speed. If hold down the PULSE button, default setting 120 10 will appears on the display and time start to count down. Whenever you release the button, the unit will stop running and back to Stand-by mode. You can repeat to press / release the button for several times. 2> ICE function: It is working with 0.4 second on and 1.5 second off cycling for ice crushing. 3> SMOOTHIE function: Blender will working with default time 120 second and speed level 10. 7. After pressing the ON/OFF button, following by pressing Timer, +speed / -speed button you can set the working time or speed of the blender. The default setting of these three buttons is 20 seconds, speed level 5. When only setting the timer, blender will working on speed level 5. When only setting the speed, Blender will working with 20 Seconds. 1> Setting the timer: Press the TIMER button once, the display will appears 20 and increase by 20 increments for each press. The sequence is 20 40 60 80-100 120, total six time level, and then back to 20. 2> Setting the speed: The speed is divided into 10 levels, from level 1 to level 10. Press the - SPEED or + SPEED button once, the default speed level 5 will appears, and decrease (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) or increase (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) the speed one level each press. Press the ON/OFF button again to start blender working per the setting time / speed. 8. MENU functions: by pressing the MENU button after pressing ON/OFF button, you can choose more 6 functions. Press the MENU button once, one of 6 functions (Puree, Cream, Grind, Whip, Chop, and Stir) will appears in sequence as shown in the LCD display as above graphic for choosing. When choosing these functions, the blender will work per the preset program with deferent ON/OFF cycle time. You can experience it by you self. Press ON/OFF button after choosing the function to start the blender. In these functions, the time and speed can be re-set when blender is working. 5

9. When the blender in working, press the ON/OFF button can shut off the blender immediately. If press others button, the blender will back to the Stand-by mode and can be changed to others function. The blender will working in the last function that you choosing. 10. When time is reach, the blender will back to Stand-by mode. If no further action following, the blender will automatically shut off after 3 minutes. 11. When blending is completed, unplug the unit, gently turn the jar holder counter-clockwise till it reaches the stopper, and then take the jar out from the main body. CAUTION: O ver-filled can block the operation, please turn off the unit and do not connect the plug, take out some of material, then operating. Do not use unit continuous more than 2 minutes. Do not use the blender for very hard food products, such as bones, shelled nuts, frozen meats etc., which could either damage the blade or cause the motor to seize. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE In addition to this, you must refer to the security precautions. Do not clean main body, power cord and plug with water. Clean the main body with a soft, wet piece of cloth and some mild cleaning agent. Fill the jar half-full with warm water and a little cleaning agent. Let the unit run on speed 2 until the jar is clean. Clean the assembled jar and jar base, lid, measuring cap, with warm water and some cleaning agent. Dry well after cleaning. These parts are dishwasher safe. CAUTION: The blades are very sharp. Handle with care. Never use aggressive cleaning agents. WARNING: Do not to touch the sharp blade. When clean, please wipe by dishcloth, to avoid accidentally injure. SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS A short powe r supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord 6

should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over. 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Ginny s warrants this product free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
