SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE RECORDS Solid waste management plans produced mainly by each of the state s counties, but also several done by the Arrowhead and Northwest regional development commissions, the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District, the city of Fergus Falls, the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board, and the Metropolitan Council. Included are appendixes, studies, and updates to the plans. ARRANGEMENT OF THE RECORDS The records are divided into two chronological sections: 1970-1978 and 1980-1997.
