This contract of employment has been prepared for use in connection with employment of staff in agriculture who are not employed under the Danish Act on Certain Working Conditions in Agriculture etc., or the Danish Employees' Act, and who are not covered by a collective agreement. This contract of employment may be used only in connection with employment of staff who do not receive accomodation and/or full board as part of their wages and who are not salaried employees ( employed under the Danish Employees' Act). Within one month of the commencement of the employment, the employer is obliged to notify the employee of all essential terms and conditions of the employment. It is a minimum requirement that the notification includes the information stated in this employment contract cf. Consolidation Act.No. 240 of March 2010. This contract complies with the minimum requirements of the above mentioned Act. In addition to this, the employer is obliged to notify the employee of all additional terms essential to the employment. The first 3 months of the employment shall be a trial period in which 2 days notice to any date of a month can be given by either party. Any maltreatment of an animal(s) is ground for immediate termination of the contract without notice. Working while under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances is ground for immediate termination of the contract without notice. Any notice of termination must be given in writing. 4. 5. Salary Salary The salary, excluding public holiday payment, for the agreed working hours, cf. Clause 4, is set according to individual agreement and shall be monthly: 11.000,00 DKK After 6 months the salary, excluding public holiday payment, for the agreed working hours, cf. Overtime Work outside the agreed average working hours may occur and shall be honoured either by an hourly wage or compensatory time off in lieu. For overtime hours the hourly salary shall be time off in the ratio 1: 1 100,00 DKK or compensatory In the event of overtime, the employee must hand in a list of overtime hours worked to the employer no later than the 20th of each month. The parties are mutually obligated to comply with this. Overtime pay shall be paid with the following months' salary payment, or compensatory time off, can be taken according to mutual agreement. The salary shall be paid at the end of every month, so that it is at the employee's disposal on the last banking day of the month. Holidays: During your vacation time, there is no salary. Payment during this time is based on the 12.5% vacation fund - "feriepenge" (For further information see 7-9 in the Danish Holiday Act (ferieloven) 6. Absence due to illness or child's illness The employer must be notified of absence due to illness no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time, on the day of absence. The employee must notify the employer of illness personally by telephone. Text messages are not considered personal notification. Notification of illness must be given to: employer Certificate of Absence The employer is entitled to request a doctors note stating that the absence is due to illness. If the employee does not comply with this responsibility, it may have consequences for the employment. The employer shall pay the expenses related to obtaining the doctors note, though not in the event of compensatory holiday. During illness the employee will receive an amount equivalent in accordance with Danish Act on sickness pay (beginning after 8 weeks of employment) 5

7. Child's illness In the event of illness of a child, under 18, the employee is not entitled to absence. 8. Pregnancy The employee shall receive no pay during absence. The employee shall receive benefits in accordance with the applicable rules. (See "barselsloven" for further information 10.
