All competitions will be held at Budor Ski Arena, 20 km from Hamar. GPS coordinates: 60.92793, 11.29941 Terrain, climate Mixed forest with open marshes, moderately hilly. Altitude in all competitions is between 500-750m. The climate is normally wintry with weather ranging from sunny to cloudy and snowfall. Average temperature for Budor in February is -5-20 C. Average snow depth is 50-100 cm. From Jan 1 st 2015 driving by car on the main road (Budorvegen) through the embargoed area is also forbidden Some parts of the embargoed area will be opened for training after the first competitions. Information about this will be given at the team leaders meetings. There will be possibilities for cross-country skiing training at Gåsbu (WC 2014) before and during the ski-o championships. When training on Gåsbu area tracks, it is athletes own responsibility to avoid getting to embargoed area. In case snow conditions are good, there will also be ski tracks in the city of Hamar..

Waxing facilities There will be possibilities for indoor waxing at accommodation A,B,C and D to a limited extent. We recommend the biggest teams with own service teams, to use waxing facilities at Budor Ski Arena. Waxing in rooms and cottages is not allowed. At the competition center in Budor ski arena, there will be heated tents for waxing, divided into boxes for each teams, or mobile waxing cabins. Type D, Alternative 1, The Sportel. The Sportel is located next door to the Ice Hockey Arena, 2km from Hamar city center. FULLY booked (situation on 1 st Dec.) Alternative 2, The Ice Hockey Arena Dormitory, beds, but no bedding. Sleeping bag required. More Detailed information about accommodation is given in bulletin 2. Accommodation for supporters For supporters and others following the championships we can recommend Budor Gjestegård, 2 km from the Competition arena. Budor Gjestegård offers cabins, apartments and has also a restaurant.visit www.budor.no for information and booking. Budor Gjestegård is situated in the embargoed area, and is therefore not allowed as accommodation for athletes, team officials and others connected to the national teams. Waxing area costs: 15 m 2 in heated tent 5000 NOK No key, risky storage for equipment at night time Mobile waxing cabin 15 m 2 7000 NOK Private key, safe storage for equipment at night time Connected electricity is included. The cost is for the whole championship period. Waxing area/cabin at Budor has to be ordered together with the preliminary entry, no later than 1 st December 201. Use entry form A. For the small teams there will be offered tents for waxing at the arena, with electricity, but no heating, without extra cost. Banquet, Closing Party At Sunday on Feb. 15. all athletes and team officials are invited to a party to celebrate the new champions and to have a social closure of the championship in Hamar Culture House. A light meal will be served and drinks can be bought in the bar. DJ and Live music.

Transportation For flexibility we recommend to use own cars or rented ones for transportation. On request, we can provide transport for teams from Oslo Gardermoen airport to the accommodation in Hamar. Cost NOK 200,- per person (return ticket) On request we can also organize transport from accommodation in Hamar to Budor Ski Arena. Cost NOK 100,- pr person pr day (return ticket) Make your request for transport in entry form A. Confirm your request in entry form B The road to Budor Ski Arena is a private toll road. The fee is 50 NOK. All participants will get a partial refund of the fee. Information about this will be given at the competition office and in bulletin 4.
