Info Sheet on ODS Licensing 2011 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Submitted & Validity: 31 January 2011 Introduction The data provided in this Info Sheet is provided and used to assist countries effort to monitor trans-boundary movements of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) covered under the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. The data should facilitate the process of reviewing export requests in the originating country, cross-checking them with the data provided by the destination country, and making appropriate decision regarding issuing of a license.
