WARNING This brace is a supportive brace only and is not intended or guaranteed to prevent injury. Purchaser agrees to the following: 1 Innovation Sports, Inc. accepts no responsibility for any injury which might occur while using Innovation Sports, Inc. bracing products. 2 With use of this type of device, it is possible to receive various types of skin irritation, including rashes and pressure points. If you experience any unusual reactions while using this product, consult your health care provider immediately. 3 If you have any questions as to how this brace applies to your own specific condition, consult your health care provider. If you do not agree to the above conditions, contact your brace provider before using this product.

Fitting Instructions (cont.) 3 With wrist in extension, pull thumb loop strap around hand and fasten to loop patch on back of hand. Excess strap can be cut off or fastened to liner between thumb and forefinger, continuing into the palm. 3 4 Pull lace liner strap to tighten lace liner. Secure by wrapping laces around wrist until hook material fastens to loop material. 5 Properly applied brace should be comfortably snug and secure. 4

Extension Stops The CTi Wrist comes with a 60 extension stop built into the frame. If you require a different setting, use one of the 3 included extension stops. Attach the desired stop to the frame using the included truss nut (a), screw (b) and washer (c). This is done as follows: 1 Align hole in extension stop with pre-drilled hole in brace frame. 2 Slide the truss nut (a) up through BOTH holes until the base of the nut is secure against the bottom of the extension stop and the tip extends beyond the top of the brace frame. 3 Place the washer (c) over the exposed tip of the truss nut and insert the screw (b) in the end of the nut 4 Using the larger hex key to hold the truss nut in place, tighten the screw using the smaller hex key. Washing & Care The CTi Wrist frame and liner may be cleaned by hand using a mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry with cloth. Do not put the CTi Wrist brace in a washing machine or dryer. When the CTi Wrist brace is not being worn, the easypull liner should be securely wrapped around the brace with the the hook material on the straps fastened down for preservation. Limited Warranty This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship or malfunctions of your new CTi Wrist Brace. The rigid carbon fiber brace frame and hinges have a limited lifetime warranty. All other materials, including: liner, straps and padding have a warranty of six months from the date of original purchase. Innovation Sports will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective or malfunctioning part covered under warranty at no charge. Repairs necessitated by accident, negligence, misuse or abuse by the purchaser are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. These limitations may not apply as some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must return the included warranty registration card within 30 days of brace purchase. Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim service under this warranty.

Limited Warranty (cont.) To obtain service under this warranty, please contact the Inside Sales Department of Innovation Sports at (800) 222-4284 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number. Once you have obtained the Return Goods Authorization Number, please send your brace (postage prepaid) with a brief written description of the problem to: Innovation Sports, 19762 Pauling, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. NOTE: any product received without a Return Goods Authorization Number will be subject to a 2-week delay. If the problem is covered by the warranty, Innovation Sports will promptly repair the brace and return it to you. If we determine that the problem is not covered by the warranty, Innovation Sports will so advise you and offer to remedy the problem, if possible, by providing you with an estimate of costs for parts and labor. Repairs authorized by the original purchaser will be made and the brace returned with costs billed either COD or to a credit card. You must pay any charges due upon receipt of the repaired brace. If repairs are not authorized by the original purchaser, Innovation Sports will return the brace to you in the same condition as it was received. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The CTi Wrist Brace is designed to provide support. The CTi Wrist cannot be guaranteed to prevent wrist injuries. It will, however, reduce the likelihood of, and may help to reduce the severity of, injury to the wrist. NOTE: Custom airbrush finishes are not as durable as our standard colors.
