Industry flooring materials with anti slippering propertis, etc. All types of floors with Ampox materials can be offered with thick or thin (with exception of anti spark type of floor) layers and with several different optionons: painted, multilayer floors etc. All our floors comply with the highest mechanical and chemical parameters. Our production is based mainly on the highest quality raw materials (epoxide resins, curing agents, modifiers etc). Beginning with priming paints, modelling pastes for concrete repairs, expansion joint plastics, plastics for self-supporting floors, and finally surface coating materials e.g. painted floors, selflevelling floors, reinforced with nylon-glass nets laminated floors and floors spread with smoothing trowels and smoothed mechanically. PLASTIPOX PRIMING MATERIALS - 5P series One of the most important conditions for many years of fail safe exploitation of plastic floors is their complete adhesion to a surface, which usually is a concrete layer. Only complete integration of used plastic material with the ground floor results in floor s capability to carryover such great mechanical load as these designed to be the ground floor s bearing capacity. The physicochemical parameters of prime coat materials should give access to easy penetration into close to surface layers of porous concrete ground floor, bounding weaker fractions, closing micropores in concrete s structure, and by means of that, preparing the concrete s surface for application of actual floor. At the same time, the plastic can not contain any concrete oxidising ingredients that could impair concrete s mechanical parameters The basic line of priming plastics for most of applications consists of: PLASTIPOX 5P - elasticised priming plastic. PLASTIPOX 5PD - penetrating priming plastic. PLASTIPOX 5PD-L - deep penetration priming plastic. PLASTIPOX 5PD-w - priming plastic of enhanced ambient humidity tolerance. Notice: Beside these standard types we offer You special versions of priming materials e.g.: with high tolerance for humid and lightly wet surfaces (after the process of concrete lixiviation is finished), lightly greasy surfaces, low ambient temperature during the installation work etc. SMOOTH JOINTLESS FLOORING COATINGS - 5FI series Smooth flooring coatings are a special group of materials, which after application create a coherent and even floor s usable area. These types of materials parameters are practically permanent within a very wide range of temperatures as well as exposed to different types of external hazards. The application possibilities of these plastics are enormous. To begin with simple social-service back-up facilities and protective coatings in multi-storeyed garages, up to production plants and warehouses designed for maximum bearing capacity and resistant to all types of hazards, to finish with coatings designed for explosive conditions rooms. PLASTIPOX 5FI-s modification of PLASTIPOX 5FI-P plastic (same technical and operational parameters but increased raw material purity) - for thick layer floors in the highest health standard environments (hospital, day nursery, sanatorium, etc.). The available colours for each of the above mentioned types are practically unlimited after prior consultation with AMEPOX Ltd. The 5FI series materials create a coherent, jointless surface of high resistance to different typical chemical substances and exploitation factors. These types of floors are easy to be kept clean and are very convenient for daily maintenance. Prior to installation of the 5FI-type smooth, joint-less floor, one of priming mixes has to be applied on the concrete s surface. JOINT-LESS, ANTISTATIC ESD Type FLOORING The antistatic flooring plastics constitute materials group of growing importance due to increasing Safety and Fire requirements. Moreover, due to the appearance of new industry branches which demand free of surface (static) charges environment e.g. for production of electronic elements, computers or in computer control rooms. Antistatic and spark-free floors become more and more important, not only in case of flammable and explosive products storing, as well as for their production. Furthermore, for such applications like paint shop, production with the use of flammable materials, e.g. furniture, windows, fibreboards, chemical substances, solvents, varnishes and other. Our company offers two types of materials with antistatic properties, both will be applied on surface covered by copper self stick tapes or priming plastic PLASTIPOX ESD 100SL (conductive paint): PLASTIPOX ESD 5FI-P material for thick layer floor plastic. JOINT-LESS, ANTIBACTERIAL Nano Type FLOORING Joint less floor material with trade name PLASTIPOX 5FI-nano with antibacterial properties because of silver powder additive - in this case atomic size of grains.. Due to bactericidal action of silver is connected with surface influence, it is obvious that the most interesting for that purpose is the silver with the smallest possible size. It can be imagined that the ball with some dimensions (i.e. the golf ball) is divided in mind to millions parts. It is still a ball of course with this same weight and volume - but the overall area of the divided parts is many, many times bigger than before. Right now, nanotechnology - the newest science trend - allows producing the smallest sized for many different materials - silver for example. That is why due to the big area the silver powder is used with the smallest possible (today) dimensions 3-8 nanometers, which causes that its active area is expanded to the biggest possible size with connection with the highest quantity of silver parts in the volume unit. The fact increases significantly the antibacterial action. The example of PLASTIPOX 5FI-nano material uses includes among others the following special applications: Antibacterial floors for hospitals, clinics, nurseries purposes, Antibacterial floors in the production-storage rooms at medicines and drugs, Antibacterial floors in production food areas, Antibacterial floors in food storehouses in stores, discounts, etc. The presented applications include only the typical examples of PLASTIPOX 5FI-nano use. These materials once polymerized (hardened) practically do not change its properties during time passing and in wide range of temperatures (-40 C to 110 C). It is one of the mos t important features of that type materials, what provides its safe use inside buildings even at high local temperatures (due to sun operation through the skylights), in refrigerating chambers and in the extremely difficult conditions at simultaneous keeping of all the material advantages. JOINT-LESS, GRANULAR FLOORING COATINGS of BDE type. A group of materials, very important with regard to colour and composition possibilities are joint-less floors, made from coloured quartz of varied and agreed upon granulation. These floors are designed to be anti-slipping because they are a selected quartz grains mixture with epoxide or acrylic binding agent (structural plaster). PLASTIPOX BDE MINI PAVEMENT for driveways - granulation 3.0 5.0 mm, PLASTIPOX BDE ACRILIC PLASTER - granulation 0.5 1.0 or 1.0 2.0 mm. Installation of granular type floors is similar to the procedure of floating. First you have to spread a proper layer of mixed PLASTIPOX DZK or BDE plastic, upon concrete surface covered with priming plastics and then you have to make floating with smoothing trowel for even and coherent surface (see photo). The floors made from granular plastics offer a vast range of colours and possible combinations (e.g., Company s logo on the floor, information signs, etc.) as well as antislipping surface structure. CONCRETE GROUND FLOOR S REPAIR PREPARATORY PLASTICS. As it was already mentioned in every case, proper ground floors preparation prior to the installation of actual floor is the key for achieving best possible parameters and aesthetic appearance. Especially, with regard to the fact, that renovation of old and damaged surfaces is a very common case. Application of traditional repair technology, removal of old concrete, rubble disposal and installation of new concrete ground floor is an extremely long and expensive (although effective) method. Application of popular self-levelling mixes is not very effective, due to the fact that hardness and mechanical parameters of these levelling mixes are different than the surface mixes parameters. Consequently, these levelling mixes crack under high mechanical load, causing damages to actual floor coatings. We have worked out several types of regenerating plastics for immediate ground floor repairs. These plastics are used only for filling holes, cavities and levelling the actual surface. They are manufactured from the same epoxide resin family and are fully compatible with all other PLASTIPOX plastics, which greatly decreases the risk of floor ply separation during its exploitation. 6
EXPANSION JOINT MIXES, CHEMICAL RESISTANT MORTARS AND LUTES To complement the range of plastics offered by Amepox Company we present a group of materials for filling expansion joint incisions, materials of masonry mortars consistence for e.g chemical resistant glazed tiles assembly or for lutes and gap filling. These products ere additionally reinforced with appropriate fillers of fibrous structure, which makes them extremely resistant to mechanical hazards. These are some basic products from this group: PLASTIPOX 5D - reinforced expansion joint mix fluid consistence. PLASTIPOX 5DS - reinforced expansion joint mix with glass fiber filler. PLASTIPOX 50D - reinforced expansion joint mix paste consistence. PLASTIPOX 150 - epoxide mix masonry mortar consistence PLASTIPOX 202 - epoxide mix lute or putty consistence.
