Results Submission Cheat Sheet The following is a quick overview for what is expected for each field within a result file prior to submission. No duplicate columns should present. While the system should handle duplicate columns, it is not recommended. If a column is defined but has now data included for it, delete the row. Blank columns should be removed. The system should handle them but in the interest of simplicity, they should be removed Line breaks within cells (allowed by MS Excel) cause parsing issues. If a row seems to be taller than one line, typically it means that there is a cell containing a line break. These should be edited so no line break exists. The following is an explanation for the columns and their expected values: EVENT ORGANIZATION Values should be Road, Mountain or NCCA ONLY RACE DATE Values should be MM/DD/YYYY RACE DISCIPLINE The discipline should be appropriate for the event Organization. See Page 2.
