Drill : Pass & Cut - Front Cut x x passes one spot away to. Defender x does not move. Drill 6: Dribble At - DRIBBLE AT x x Speed Dribbles at. Rear Cuts to the basket. makes a Bounce Pass to. x remains on the perimeter. This could be made a 5-player drill by replacing the x's with a 4 and 5. drives Noth/South baseline around an imaginary defender. Circle Moves to the 90 degree window. Drill 9: Post Screens - POST SCREENS passes to. Basket cuts. Post Player sets a screen for. is not open for the lay-up. ducks into the lane off the tail of the cutter. feeds for the post finish., the cutter, stays in the opposite post., the feeder, becomes the cutter on the opposite side., the post, rebounds and becomes the feeder.
Drill 0: Back Screens - BACK SCREENS This drill uses the top three spots, but any perimeter spots can be used. Basket Cuts before setting a Back Screen for. Either: uses the Back Screen for a lay-up. Or: uses the Back Screen to cut to the basket and shapes up for the shot.
Drill : Multiple Screens - MULTIPLE SCREENS 4 4 passes to and Basket Cuts immediately passes to and Basket Cuts. sets a Back Screen on 4. 4 4 sets a second Back Screen on 4. 4 uses the first sceen, then curls off the second for the shot. If can set the second screen closer to the perimeter, then 4 can use both screens for a lay-up.

Sometimes receives the pass under the goal and must finish on the opposite side of the rim.
Dill 7: Adv Post slides - CIRCLE MOVE POST x x drives North/south right around an imaginary defender. Steps Down to the Short Corner in a basic Post Slide. x slides with to defend the Short Corner. x x is stopped in the lane by imaginary defender x. continues the Post Slide using Circle Movement to become the Safety Valve. Reverse Pivots and passes to for the shot. A close-out from x-0 is an option addition.
Drill 8: Adv Post Slides - CIRCLE MOVE POSTS Drives North/South left around an imaginary defender. and Step Down first, then Circle move left. Reverse Pivots and passes back to who is in the Safety Valve position. Posts on the weak side. Finishes the curt at the Mid-Post, ball side. The drill repeats itself from here: drives left, and step down, then Circle Move left. continue this rotation until gets back to the wing. finishes with a shot from the safety Valve.
