Merry Christmas Medley You better watch out, you better not cry, better not pout, I'm telling you why: He's making a list, checking it twice. He s gonna find out who's naughty or nice. He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake. He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake. Oh, you better watch out, you better not cry, better not pout, I'm telling you why: He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake. He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake. Oh, you better not cry, better not pout, I'm telling you why: City sidewalks busy sidewalks, dressed in holiday style In the air there's a feeling of Christmas. Children laughing, people passing, meeting smile after smile And on every street corner you'll hear: Silver bells, silver bells. It's Christmas time in the city. Christmas time. Ring-a-ling, hear them ring. Soon it will be Christmas day. Soon it will be Christmas day. It will be Christmas day. Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock. Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring. Snowin' and blowin' up bushels of fun, now the jingle hop has begun. Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock. Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time. Dancin' and prancin' in Jingle Bell Square in the frosty air! What a bright time, it's the right time to rock the night away. Jingle bell time is a swell time to go glidin' in a one-horse sleigh. Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet. Jingle around the clock. Mix and a-mingle in the jinglin' beat. That's the jingle bell, that's the jingle bell, that's the jingle bell rock! Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose. Yuletide carols being sung by a choir and folks dressed up like Eskimos. Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe help to make the season bright. Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow will find it hard to sleep tonight. They know that Santa's on his way. He's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh. And every mother's child is gonna spy To see if reindeer really know how to fly. And so I'm offering this simple phrase to kids from one to ninety-two. Although it's been said many times, many ways, Merry Christmas to you.
Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul, with a corncob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of coal. Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale they say. He was made of snow but the children know how he came to life one day. There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found. For when they placed it on his head he began to dance around. Oh Frosty the snowman was alive as he could be And the children say he could laugh and play just the same as you and me. Thumpety thump thump, thumpety thump thump Look at Frosty go. Thumpetty thump thump, thumpety thump thump Over the hills of snow. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer had a very shiny nose. And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names. They never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Santa came to say: Rudolph with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight? Then how the reindeer loved him as they shouted out with glee: Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, you'll go down in history. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know. Where the treetops glisten and children listen to hear sleigh bells in the snow. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas with every Christmas card I write. May your days be merry and bright and may all your Christmases be white. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas with every Christmas card I write: May your days be merry and bright and may all your Christmases be white.
