In Him Reality Scriptures Scriptures that tell us who we are in Christ and what He has done for us. All Scriptures are from the New King James Version. IN CHRIST Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:11 Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 1 Corinthians 1:30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. 1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 2 Corinthians 1:21 Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God. 2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:19 That is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Galatians 3:26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. Ephesians 1:4 Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love. Ephesians 2:6 And raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Philippians 3:14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 1:9 Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began. 2 Timothy 2:1 You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. IN HIM John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Acts 17:28 For in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, For we are also His offspring. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Ephesians 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Colossians 2:10 And you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. 1 John 4:13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 1 John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 John 5:15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

1 Peter 1:8 Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory. IN THE LORD Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. IN WHOM Ephesians 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. Colossians 1:14 In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. BY CHRIST 1 Corinthians 7:23 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men. Romans 5:19 For as by one man s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man s obedience many will be made righteous. 1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. THROUGH CHRIST Romans 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17 For if by the one man s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. Galatians 4:7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Ephesians 1:5 Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

Philippians 1:11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. Hebrews 13:20-21 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. THROUGH HIM John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. Romans 1:5 Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name. Romans 5:2 Through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Ephesians 2:18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. Hebrews 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. BY HIMSELF Hebrews 10:19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus. 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Ephesians 3:19 To know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. 1 Thessalonians 3:5 For this reason, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor might be in vain. 1 John 3:24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

FROM HIM 1 John 1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. WITH CHRIST Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved). Colossians 3:1 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Colossians 3:3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. WITH HIM Romans 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 2 Corinthians 13:4 For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you. IN ME John 6:47 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. John 12:46 I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. John 15:5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. John 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

John 17:23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. IN MY (HIS) NAME Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. John 14:13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. John 14:14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. John 15:16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. The following verses do not use specific In Him phrases, but they do convey the message of who you are, what you have and what you can do because you are in Christ Jesus. Matthew 11:28-30 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Matthew 18:18-20 Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. Mark 11:23-24 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 14:12 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Philippians 2:13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. Hebrews 13:5-6 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. 6 So we may boldly say: The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me? James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit. 1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 5:1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. 4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world our faith. 5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
