Two letters of recommendation are required for all programs. 8 Provide Miller Analogies or GRE Test Scores Please provide Miller Analogies (MAT) or GRE test scores from exam taken within the last three (3) years. 9 Professional Resume & Certificates Please provide a copy of your resume that documents 2 years of teaching/administrative leadership experience and copies of your teaching/administrative certificates. 10 Writing Sample Please submit a paper that demonstrates your ability to write in a scholarly manner at a level typical of graduate work. A paper from your master s program would be most appropriate. This sample should be approximately 5 pages long (no longer than 5 pages); please submit the sample in Word format. Transcript Request Process Concordia University Chicago requires official, sealed transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities where degrees were earned. Follow the steps below to request transcripts from each school that you attended. REQUEST OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: There are multiple ways to request transcripts, and each college or university will have their own process. Important Information Tuition Guarantee Tuition for the online Doctoral programs is $695 per credit hour for Spring 2015. This rate is guaranteed not to increase over the life of your enrollment in the program as long as students remain continuously enrolled.
