Characteristics of Inquiry, Experimentation & Discovery Innovation and creativity Confused Questioning Hopeful People want to make the change work on their terms as well as those of the organization but they don t have clear answers. Exciting! Opportunity Frustrated Disappointed Critical to change success at this stage is consistent communication including status of the change project, time lines, key activities and key responsible persons.
