Our Service Methodology Initial Requirements At the initial stage of the project on the basis of information gathered from the customer requirements project proposal is prepared for solution. Project Proposal SYNERGY INTERFACE Limited will provide a proposal in order to extend their best possible information technology service solution as per customer requirement and memorandum of understanding will be made in between the customer and SI solution provider with a view to conclude the project within the reasonable time as per mutual agreement. The preliminary project commissioning plan will be produced to give customer an idea of the amount of effort required to deploy the products in their environment. It is impossible at this stage to determine all of the detailed requirements that will be addressed in the implementation, for this reason the estimates of the effort required to deploy the products are only estimates and subject to confirmation during a business analysis phase. Once the detailed deployment plans are complete, the plan is updated to reflect the exact amount of effort required. SI staff, in conjunction with relevant personnel, will perform the actual deployment of the products. Special attention will be paid at this time to specify any development of work that may be required. Detailed Requirements Gathering (Business/Requirement Analysis) The purpose of this phase is to obtain detailed information about CUSTOMER environment for commissioning. It will be ascertained by a SI Business/Technical Analyst who will liaise with relevant personnel on site. The Business/Technical Analysis process involves both technical aspects and business information. For example, information is required about: The technical environment The current equipment The tools that are used How they operate. Business processes End-User efficiency

To ensure that the products provide the maximum return on investment it is important that CUSTOMERS business environment is clearly understood so that the products and their usage can fit into the businesses operations.. The SYNERGY INTERFACE Limited Business/Technical Analyst may spend some time, possibly weeks meeting and interviewing various staff from CHL to understand their roles, how they operate and how they interact with other departments. Project Initiation This phase of the project establishes the roles of all personnel involved in the deployment of the project. The responsible personnel will be defined, and the levels of escalation will also be defined and the Project Manager will be given complete authority to sign off any deployment and design decisions throughout the life of the project. These issues must be made clear at the project launch meeting. The roles of project management and reporting mechanisms will be clearly defined in the project launch meeting. These responsibilities will be critical as new plans are developed and agreed to CUSTOMER and SI will both sign-off on the plans, and they will form a binding agreement as to what will be deployed. A change process will be defined to accommodate any subsequent changes to the project scope. During this stage the various project controls systems of technology will be established and put in place to ensure correct monitoring and reporting during the project. The establishment of clear responsibilities will make dispute resolutions much easier during the course of the project. Implementation Planning The Implementation Planning phase is the design stage of the project. At this stage CUSTOMER and SI will identify the objectives and key people will be involved in the project. Development Work This phase is included if any non-standard work such as integration to third party products, additional functionality or civil works is required. In some projects this phase is not needed and therefore is omitted. This work may be performed in conjunction with or by third parties and is managed as a separate sub-project. Implementation In the implementation phase bulk of the project work will be made. SI will ensure that the project stays on track.

Customer Training Training ensures that both users and administrators of the systems have the appropriate knowledge and skills to effectively operate the systems. Training program will be arranged within the project plan and at the relevant time will be carried out by skilled SI staff. Customer Acceptance At this stage a formal acceptance of the customer is necessary and as such both the parties are to sign in an agreement for successfully concluding the project. Project Hand-over After successfully concluding the project SI is to hand over the project solution to the customer for their use. Complete Product Development Services Providing R&D Services in the development of Power Electronics Products with embedded / analog controls to technical specifications, product cost and reliability figures etc. as predefined by our Global Customers. All projects are done on a fixed time and fixed cost model. After completing the design, the developed technology is always transferred to our customers. We do not do any manufacturing, but provide complete documentation and assistance for easy manufacturing of our designs. 2. Design in Solutions When you are building a complete product, it is often always necessary to have high performance analog or power electronics circuit blocks. Examples could be an onboard DC-DC converter, a high voltage pulse generator or a low noise precision amplifier for a transducer. We cover all lifecycle stages of the product development to provide a spec-toproduct service. Our Product 1. Satellite Clock: It is a chain clock display system with a base unit. The base unit synchronizes time from satellite and displays in a set of display units. Thirty or more display units (Clocks) can be connected to a base unit. Each display unit (Clock) gives only one and real time even without a single second difference. With this Satellite Clock, a High-rise building, a University, a Hotel, a Hospital, a Bank, an office, an industry, streets, Shopping Malls, Railway stations, even a city like Dhaka can be set in only one real time without a single second difference. If it is set in mosques in Dhaka or other City, Azan or prayer can be possible at a time with zero second difference. Without any maintenance, this Clock will provide the exact time years after years. One set of Satellite Clock consisting of a base unit and six display units already have been supplied to Hazrat Shah Jalal International Air Port on 1st July, 2012. 2. Bank Vault Security (Intelligent Security System): Bank Vault Security system consists of door sensor, window sensor, motion sensor, smoke detector, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, device self -checking alarm etc. In case of opening or breaking of door or window or any object moving inside the vault or in case of catching fire or rise in temperature and humidity inside the vault or any fault in any device, this device will give alarm and phone call /message to three or four selected stations. Some actions

can be taken from the stations by mobile SMS. This Security unit can easily be used in jewelry shop and ATM Booth to keep them safe. 3. Motion Sensor: A light will be on, only when any object will reach within the range of three meters of the light. Using this sensor huge power and money can be saved. 4. Auto switch control by SMS: It is a device by which at any emergency moment or in normal condition, industrial machinery or switch or valve or an irrational machinery or pump can be controlled from thousand kilometers distance by a SMS through a mobile phone. Temperature can also be shown. 5. Message display system: It is a display unit. Any message or advice or instruction can be displayed on the display unit. At any time, any message can be posted or deleted or changed from a mobile phone or computer. It can be used to give weather forecast to the people of the coastal areas. Traffic system can be largely benefited by using this. 6. Speedometer: It counts the motion in rpm. It can be used in the street to measure vehicles speed where certain speed limit is imposed by the traffic system authority. It can control traffic system very efficiently from a center control station. 7. Smart Q. system: It consists of different displays and a central controlling unit to maintain the customer queue in an efficient and time saving way. 8. Electronic Clock: Two sizes of this Clock are built. One is a big display unit (58cmx14cmx8cm) and the other is a small display unit (38cmx4cmx14cm). It also provides almost exact time many years without any touch. 9. Economic solar charge controller (10-20 Amp): It is mainly required in rural or other areas to set up solar power system. 10. Smart solar charge controller (50-200 Amp) with various safety system for batteries: It increases the longevity of solar system. 11.
