Keep the cash flowing Liberty s debtor finance product provides an innovative alternative to business overdraft facilities. Debtor Finance For most companies, their outstanding invoices (often referred to as the debtors ledger ) are by far their greatest asset, but invoices often convert to cash at a much slower rate than necessary for a healthy cash flow. A typical situation is when suppliers demand payment within 7 days, while customers may take 30 days or more to pay. The subsequent gap can be difficult to manage, especially if the business is experiencing increased growth. Debtor finance can solve this problem. 6

Features Lending up to 90% of the value of invoices Funds available in 24 hours A credit line flexible enough to satisfy historic, projected and seasonal sales Utilise balance sheet assets to fund business growth instead of personal assets Funding can be confidential and discreet You retain complete control over debtor relationships. Debtor finance is a way for businesses to raise working capital. Debtor finance also known as invoice discounting - provides the business (the borrower) with finance based on the value of its outstanding debtor accounts. A revolving credit facility is established, which provides funding at up to 90% of the value of invoices being issued by the business. The rest is made available to the business, less any interest or fees, when your customers (debtors) pay. Liberty s debtor finance provides an innovative alternative to businesses overdraft facilities one that doesn t rely on bricks and mortar security. Businesses suited to debtor finance Small to medium sized businesses that are registered companies, with an annual turnover of between A$1 million and A$75 million are ideally suited to this form of finance. They must provide goods or services to other businesses and preferably have a diverse base of revolving debtors. Industries which are well suited to Debtor Finance include: Manufacturers food & beverage, household products, other sub-sectors Commercial services and supplies - employment services, commercial printing, other sub-sectors Transportation freight, logistics, other sub-sectors Health care equipment and supplies; and Telecommunication services. What does it cost? The interest rate is determined on a riskbased assessment of your business and the quality of your debtor book. Rates are generally comparable to prevailing overdraft rates. How we can help your business Accelerate your cash flow Release your personal assets Track your invoices Additional cost savings Alleviate the strain on your working capital. 7
