The Building and Personal Property Coverage Form is revised as follows: The following coverages are added to A.4 Additional Coverages: g. Accounts Receivable (1) Coverage (a) We will pay: (i) All amounts due from your customers that you are unable to collect; (ii) Interest charges on any loan required to offset amounts you are unable to collect pending our payment of these amounts; (iii) Collection expenses in excess of your normal collection expenses that are made necessary by loss or damage; and (iv) Other reasonable expenses that you incur to re-establish your records of accounts receivables; That result from direct physical loss or damage by any Covered Causes of Loss to your records of accounts receivable. (2) Coverage Extension Removal If you give us written notice within 10 days of removal of your records of Accounts Receivable because of imminent danger of loss or damage, we will pay for loss or damage while they are: (a) At a safe place away from the described premises; (b) Being taken to and returned from that place. This Coverage Extension is included within the Limit of Insurance applicable to the premises from which the Covered Property is removed. (3) Property Not Covered Covered property does not include contraband, or property in the course of illegal transportation or trade. (4) Limit of Insurance The most we will pay under Accounts Receivable Coverage for loss or damage in any occurrence is $25,000. For Accounts Receivable not at any described premises, the most we will pay is $1,000. (5) Additional Conditions (a) If you cannot accurately establish the amount of Accounts Receivable outstanding as of the time of loss or damage, the following method will be used: (i) Determine the total of the average monthly amounts of Accounts Receivable for the 12 months immediately preceding the month in which the loss or damage occurs; and. (ii) Adjust the total for any normal fluctuations in the amounts of Accounts Receivable for the month in which the loss or damage occurred or for any demonstrated variance from the average for that month. (b) The following will be deducted from the total amount of Accounts Receivable, however that amount is established: (i) The amount of the accounts for which there is no loss or damage; (ii) The amount of the accounts that you are able to re-establish or collect; (iii) An amount to allow for probable bad debts that you are normally unable to collect; and (iv) All unearned interest and service charges. $250 deductible applies to this coverage CLP-CP34 (11/12) Page 2 of 10

h. Electronic Data Processing Equipment (1) We will pay for loss or damage to your electronic data processing equipment and electronic media which you own, lease, or rent from others or for which you are legally responsible, located on insured premises. (2) We will pay for loss or damage resulting from or caused by: (a) Machinery malfunction; (b) Short circuit, blowout or other electrical damage or disturbance; (c) Faulty construction, error in design, or actual work upon property covered. (This coverage does not apply to data processing media); (d) Electrical or magnetic injury, disturbance, or erasure of electrical recordings. (3) The most we will pay for loss in any one occurrence is $15,000. (4) We will not pay for loss or damage resulting from: (a) Loss to property loaned, leased or rented to others while away from the premises listed in the Declarations; (b) Data or media which cannot be replaced with others of the same kind and quality; (c) Accounts, bills, evidences of debt, valuable papers, records, abstracts, deeds, manuscripts or other documents. But we will cover such property when it is converted to data form and then only in that form; (d) Error or omission in machine programming or incorrect instructions to a machine; (e) Interruption of power supply, power surge, blackout or brown-out if the cause of such occurrence took place more than 100 feet from an insured premise. (5) Exclusions B.3.c.(2), B.3.c.(3), B.3.c.(4) of the Cause of Loss Special Form, do not apply to this coverage. (6) Electronic Data Processing Equipment means data processing systems, component parts and related peripheral equipment including air conditioning and fire protection equipment used solely for data processing operations. But electronic data processing equipment does not include electronic systems that control production machinery nor the production of machinery itself. (7) Electronic Data Processing Media means punch cards, tapes, discs, drums, cells, or other magnetic recording or storage devices, including the information recorded on the media. It also includes the original source material used to enter data/or programs. (8) As it applies to Electronic Data Processing Equipment Systems Breakdown Coverage under this endorsement, the phrase 30 consecutive days in Section A.5.c.(1)(b)(ii) of the Business Income (and Extra Expense) Coverage Form is replaced with 60 consecutive days. $250 deductible applies to this coverage i. Business Income and Extra Expense When a loss covered by this policy occurs: (1) We will pay any extra expense to avoid or minimize the suspension of your business and continue operations (a) At the described premises; or (b) At replacement premises or temporary locations, including: (i) Relocation expenses; and (ii) Costs to equip and operate the replacement or temporary locations. (2) We will pay any extra expense to minimize the suspension of business if you cannot continue operations. CLP-CP34 (11/12) Page 3 of 10

(3) We will pay any extra expense to: (a) Repair or replace any property; or (b) Research, replace or restore the lost information on damaged valuable papers or records; to the extent that the loss otherwise payable is reduced. (4) Extra Expense means necessary expenses you incur during the period of restoration that you would not have incurred if there had been no direct physical loss or damage to property caused by or resulting from a Covered Cause of Loss. (5) The Cause of Loss Special Form, B. Exclusions, item 4. Special Exclusions that apply to the Extra Expense and Business Income Coverage Forms shall apply to this coverage. (6) The most we will pay for loss in any one occurrence is $25,000. (7) The following definitions apply for the purpose of this coverage: (a) Operations means: (i) Your business activities occurring at the described premises; and (ii) The tenantability of the described premises, if coverage for Business Income including Rental Value or Rental Value applies. (b) Period of Restoration means the period of time that: (i) Begins with the date of direct physical loss or damage caused by or resulting from any Covered Cause of Loss at the described premises; and (ii) Ends on the date when the property at the described premises should be repaired, rebuilt or replaced with reasonable speed and similar quality. Period of Restoration does not include any increased period required due to the enforcement of any ordinance or law that: (i) Regulates the construction, use or repair, or requires the tearing down of any property; or (ii) Requires an insured or others to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to, assess the effects of pollutants. The expiration date of this policy will not cut short the period of restoration. j. Fire Protection Device Recharge We will pay up to $1,000 in any one occurrence for the cost of recharging fire protection devices when foam solutions, dry chemicals, halon or other fire extinguishing materials have been lost, expended, damaged, or destroyed due to a Covered Cause of Loss. No deductible applies to this Additional Coverage. k. Money and Securities We will pay for loss of money and securities used in your business while at a bank or savings institution, within your living quarters or the living quarters of your partners or any employee having use and custody of the property, at the described premises, or in transit between any of these places, resulting directly from: (1) Theft, meaning any act of stealing; (2) Disappearance; or (3) Destruction. In addition to the Limitations and Exclusions applicable to property coverage, we will not pay for loss: (1) Resulting from accounting or arithmetical errors and omissions; (2) Due to giving or surrendering of property in any exchange or purchase; (3) Of property contained in any money oriented device unless the amount of money deposited in it is recorded by a continuous recording instrument in the device. The most we will pay for loss in any one occurrence is: (1) $10,000 Inside the Premises for money and securities while: (a) In or on the described premises; or (b) Within a bank or savings institution; and (2) $2,000 Outside the Premises for money and securities while anywhere else. All loss: (1) Caused by one or more persons; or (2) Involving a single act or series of related acts; Is considered one occurrence. You must keep records or all money and securities so we can verify the amount of any loss or damage. In the event of loss or damage we will determine the value as follows: (1) money at its face value; and (2) securities at their value at the close of business on the day the loss is discovered. Money means: (1) Currency, coins and bank notes in current use and having a face value; and (2) Travelers checks, register checks and money orders held for sale to the public. Securities means negotiable instruments or contracts representing either money or other property and includes: (1) Tokens, tickets, revenue and other stamps (whether represented by actual stamps or unused value in meter) in current use; and (2) Evidences of debt issued in connection with credit or charge cards, which cards are not issued by you; (3) Securities does not include money or lottery tickets held for sale. l. Off Premises Power Failure We will pay for loss or damage to Covered Property caused by the interruption of service to the described premises. The interruption must result from direct physical loss or damage by a Covered Cause of Loss to the following property, not on the described premises: (1) Water Supply Services, meaning the following types of property supplying water to the described premises: (a) Pumping stations; and (b) Water mains. (2) Communication Supply Services, meaning property supplying communication services, including telephone, radio, microwave or television services to the described premises, such as: (a) Communication transmission lines; (b) Coaxial cables; and (c) Microwave radio relays except satellites. It does not include overhead communication lines. (3) Power Supply Services, meaning the following types of property supplying electricity, steam or gas to the described premises: (a) Utility generating plants; (b) Switching stations; (c) Substations; (d) Transformers; and (e) Transmission lines. It does not include overhead transmission lines. CLP-CP34 (11/12) Page 5 of 10

(4) Limits of Liability The most we will pay for loss or damage to Covered Property is $25,000. This limit will be in addition to any limit you may have purchased optionally with this policy. m. Ordinance or Law Coverage (1) If a Covered Cause of Loss occurs to covered building property, we will pay: (a) For loss or damage caused by the enforcement of any ordinance or law that: (i) Requires the demolition of parts of the same property not damaged by a Covered Cause of Loss; (ii) Regulates the construction or repair of buildings, or established zoning or land use requirements at the described premises; and (iii) Is in force at the time of loss. (b) The increased cost to repair, rebuild or construct the property caused by enforcement of building, zoning or land use ordinance or law. If the property is repaired or rebuilt, it must be intended for similar occupancy to the current property, unless otherwise required by zoning or land use ordinance or law. (c) The cost to demolish and clear the site of undamaged parts of the property caused by enforcement of the building, zoning or land use or ordinance or law. (2) The most we will pay in any one occurrence is $25,000. (3) We will not pay for costs associated with the enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires any insured or others to test for, monitor, clean-up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to assess the effects of pollutants. (4) Exclusion B.1.a. of the Covered Cause of Loss Special Form does not apply to this coverage. n. Spoilage, Contamination, Change in Temperature or Humidity The most we will pay for this Additional Coverage is $25,000 per occurrence. (1) The insurance provided by this Coverage Form applies to loss or damage to stock owned by you or by others in your care, custody or control at: (a) Your described premises; (b) Premises of a cold storage warehouse; or (c) Premises of a consignee; and (2) As the result of contamination, which means loss or damage to stock caused by a foreign substance accidentally entering or coming into contact with the stock. Contamination does not include the wrongful addition or omission of ingredients or substances as part of the production process; nor improper processing or preparation; or (3) As a result of spoilage or change in temperature or humidity arising out of a complete or partial interruption of power either: (a) On premises if interruption is caused by a Covered Cause of Loss; or (b) Sudden and accidental electrical or mechanical breakdown of refrigeration equipment located on the described premises; or (c) Off premises if interruption is caused by a Covered Cause of Loss to property of the power supply companies which includes the following property: (i) Utility generating plants; (ii) Switching stations; (iii) Substations; (iv) Transformers; and (v) Transmissions lines. We will pay only if the loss or damage to the property of the power supply company prevents the delivery of services for twelve (12) hours or more. CLP-CP34 (11/12) Page 6 of 10

We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from: (a) The inability of a power supply company or other power source to provide sufficient power due to lack of fuel or government order. (b) The inability of a power supply company to provide sufficient power due to the lack of generating capacity to meet demand. (c) The disconnection of any refrigerant, cooling or humidity control system from the source of power. (d) The deactivation of electrical power caused by the manipulation of any switch or other device used to control the flow of electrical power or current. (e) Breaking of any glass that is a permanent part of any refrigerating, cooling or humidity control unit. $1,000 Deductible applies to this coverage. o. Water Backup of Sewers and Drains (1) We will pay for the loss or damage caused by water that backs up from sewers or drains. (2) The most we will pay for this Additional Covered Cause of Loss in any policy year is $15,000. (3) Exclusion B.1.g. Water, of the Causes of Loss Special Form is replaced by the following: g. Water (1) Flood, surface water, waves, tides, tidal waves, overflow of any body of water, or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not; (2) Mudslide or mudflow; (3) Water under the ground surface pressing on, or flowing or seeping through; (4) Foundations, walls, floors or paved surfaces; (5) Basements, whether paved or not; or (6) Doors, windows or other openings. But if loss or damage by fire, explosion or sprinkler leakage results, we will pay for the resulting loss or damage. The first sentence of A.4.a.(4) of Additional Coverages is replaced by the following: a. Debris Removal (4) We will pay up to an additional $15,000 for debris removal at each location in any one occurrence of physical loss or damage to Covered Property, if one or both of the following circumstances apply: The first sentence of A.4.c. of Additional Coverages is replaced by the following: c. Fire Department Service Charge When the fire department is called to save or protect Covered Property from a Covered Cause of Loss, we will pay up to $25,000 at each described premises for your liability for fire department service charges. The last paragraph of A.4.d. of Additional Coverages is replaced by the following: (d) Pollutant Clean Up and Removal The most we will pay under this Additional Coverage for each described premises is $15,000 for the sum of all covered expenses arising out of Covered Causes of Loss occurring during each separate 12 month period of this policy. The following is added to A.5. Coverage Extensions: g. Fine Arts We will cover loss or damage to Fine Arts, meaning: paintings; etching; pictures; tapestries; statuary; marbles; bronzes; antique furniture; rare books; antique silver; porcelains; rare glassware; bric-a-brac or other articles of art rarity or antiquity. The most we will pay in any one occurrence is $15,000. If loss or damage applies to Fine Arts the basis of adjustment will be as follows: (1) The limit of insurance shown in the schedule for each fine arts item. This will be the agreed value for each item; or (2) If the item is newly acquired the value will be the fair market value; or (3) The most we will pay in the event of loss or damage to unscheduled Fine Arts items is the lesser of the following: (i) The cost of restoring the property to its condition immediately before the loss or damage; (ii) The cost of replacing the property with substantially identical property; or (iii) The fair market value All at the time and place of the loss or damage. $250 deductible applies to this coverage The last sentence of A.5.a.(1) of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (a) Newly Acquired or Constructed Property The most we will pay for the loss or damage under this extension is 25% of the Limit of Insurance for the Building shown in the Declarations, but not more than $500,000 at each building. The last sentence of A.5.a.(2) of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (b) Your Business Personal Property The most we will pay for the loss or damage under this extension is 10% of the Limit of Insurance for the Business Personal Property shown in the Declarations, but not more than $250,000 at each building. The last paragraph of A.5.b. of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (b) Personal Effects and Property of Others The most we will pay for loss or damage under this extension is: (i) $2,500 at each described premises for personal effects owned by you, your officers, your partners or employees. This extension does not apply to loss or damage to theft. (ii) $10,000 at each described premises for personal property of others in your care, custody or control. Our payment for loss or damage to personal property of others will only be for the account of the owner of the property. The first sentence of A.5.c.(4) of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (c) Valuable Papers And Records (Other than Electronic Data) (4) Under this extension the most we will pay to replace or restore the lost information is $15,000 at each described premise, unless a higher limit is shown in the Declarations. The following is added to A.5.c. of Coverage Extensions: Section A.5.d.(3) of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (d) Property Off-Premises (3) The most we will pay for loss or damage under this extension is $15,000. The last paragraph of A.5.e. of Coverage Extensions is replaced by the following: (e) Outdoor Property The most we will pay for loss or damage under this extension is $5,000, but not more than $500 for any one tree, shrub, or plant. The second paragraph of C. Limits of Insurance is replaced by the following: C. Limits of Insurance The most we will pay for loss or damage to outdoor signs is $5,000 per sign in any one occurrence. Section F.1.c. of Additional Coverage Extensions of the Causes Of Loss Special Form is replaced by the following: F. Property in Transit (c) The most we will pay for loss or damage under this extension is $15,000. The Business Income (and Extra Expense) Coverage Form and Business Income (Without Extra Expense) Coverage Form are revised as follows: Item D. Additional Condition, Coinsurance does not apply to the following coverages provided under this endorsement: Accounts Receivable; Electronic Data Processing Equipment; Extra Expense; Money and Securities; Ordinance or Law Coverage; Spoilage; Contamination; Change in Temperature or Humidity; and Water Backup of Sewers and Drains. The Commercial Property Conditions Form is revised as follows: Item G. Other Insurance is revised as follows for the following coverages provided under this endorsement: Accounts Receivable; Electronic Data Processing Equipment; Extra Expense; Money and Securities; Ordinance or Law Coverage; Spoilage; Contamination; Change in Temperature or Humidity; and Water Backup of Sewers and Drains. G OTHER INSURANCE You may have other insurance subject to the same plan, terms, conditions and provisions as the coverages listed above. If you do, we will pay only for the amounts of covered loss or damage in excess of the amount due from that other insurance, whether you can collect on it or not.
