You have received a copy of the Key Facts Illustration and understand the nature of this type of mortgage loan and the potential implications of entering into this arrangement. A Mortgage Valuation Report will be arranged by us. You understand that this report is intended solely for the purpose of us in considering this application for a loan and is not intended to be a detailed inspection of the property. 3. Neither we nor the valuer gives any warranty as to the condition or value of the property and that it is for you to satisfy yourself as to the value and condition of the property. If you require, we can introduce you to firms of chartered surveyors that you can instruct to carry out a more detailed Homebuyers Survey and Valuation, or a Building Survey. 4.
