RESOLUTION NO. 2015-194 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A WARRANTY DEED FROM A. W. BAYLOR FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, SATISFYING A CONDITION OF ORMOND BEACH ORDINANCE 2010-47 TO DEDICATE A MINIMUM 10-FOOT WIDE AREA FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF ORMOND BEACH ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 146 NORTH ORCHARD STREET; AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: SECTION ONE. The City Commission hereby approves and accepts a Warranty Deed from A. W. Baylor Family limited partnership, a Florida limited partnership, the property owner, satisfying a condition contained in Ordinance 2010-47 to dedicate a minimum 10-foot wide area for right-of-way purposes to the City of Ormond Beach a portion of the property located at 146 North Orchard Street. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, SECTION TWO.
