City staff continues to work with developers and homeowners to help site and development to avoid environmental impacts. In partnership with PG&E and San Luis Obispo Green Build, there are various brochures available to homeowners that detail energy conservation. The City's building department continues to enforce Title requirements upon review of building plans that require energy reports. This program has been due to pending litigation because fannie and freddie mac would not issue loans.
