The youth award recognized our work with the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis to teach financial basics and for its 2013-14 partnership with Junior Achievement to offer financial education to 89 local classrooms. Nadine Davison (incumbent) Nadine is an attorney with Smith, Davison & Brasier, PC in Corvallis, where she represents clients in the areas of estate planning and adoption, and advises nonprofit organizations. She has been a director and treasurer for two other nonprofit organizations in Corvallis: Beit Am Jewish Community and Community Outreach, Inc. She has served on the credit union Board, April 2009 to present. Paul Dickey (incumbent) A retired Procter and Gamble engineer and manager, Paul was a founder of the Academy for Life Long Learning and is Treasurer of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library Foundation. He is an instructor and counselor for AARP TaxAide. His credit union volunteer service includes: the Board of Directors, April 2008 to present; Supervisory Committee, November 2002 to April 2008, and June through December 2008. Ron Stevens (incumbent) Ron is currently Director of Pension Services at Samaritan Health Services, where he has held various management positions since May of 1985. He was previously employed with a CPA firm from January 1979 until April 1985. His credit union volunteer service includes: Board of Directors, in a variety of roles including two terms as Chairman, June 1999 to present; several Board committees; Supervisory Committee 1995-1999; and service with O.S.U. FCU Financial Services, LLC, 1999 to 2013. Voting and nomination procedures The Nominating Committee has proposed one candidate for each vacancy on the Board of Directors. No nominations will be allowed from the floor at the Annual Business Meeting. No member shall have more than one vote. Election will be conducted by voice vote. Prior to the Annual Business Meeting, any member can petition to nominate another member to run for election to the Board by taking the following steps: 1. Obtain a petition packet. 2. Verify that the member you wish to nominate is willing to serve. Have the member sign a Certificate of Willingness to Serve, included with the petition packet. 3. Obtain a written Statement of Qualifications and a biographical statement from your nominee and submit them with the petition. 4. Collect member signatures on a nominating petition. In accordance with credit union bylaws, at least 500 signatures are required to nominate a candidate by petition.
