Mental and Behavioral Health Provider Directory from the Wellness Neighborhood Welcome to the Mental and Behavioral Health Provider Directory from the Wellness Neighborhood. The Wellness Neighborhood is a collaborative of regional social service agencies, safety net providers and Tahoe Forest Health System. The purpose of this directory is to make it easier for North Lake Tahoe and Truckee area agencies and practitioners to refer clients and patients to appropriate mental health and behavioral health care services.
