Code 99213 billed within 10 days after anesthesia administration the anesthesiologist will be denied. Procedure codes 72020 and 72072 are billed f the same date of service. 72020 will be denied as incidental to 72072. 99204 and 99219 are billed f the same date of service. 99204 will be denied as mutually exclusive to 99219.
