Preamble Employees and Suppliers of Raben Group go by shared values, which consist particular notes of a melody. Itemising the notes is not sufficient for the music to sound perfect. What is also crucial in music is time. To specify behaviours which are consistent with our corporate code of conduct, we introduce a code of ethics. The behaviours determined by the law, just as notes which determine music sounds, are the minimum. Only behaviours exceeding the minimum make time and accord which supplement the work of art. Written down regulations are beneficial for the company, its employees, enterprises which provide services for Raben Group as well as their employees and subcontractors. Determining the ethical horizon and appointing an Ethics Commission are an expression of Raben Group s corporate responsibility which conducts a dialogue with the environment to improve its actions and promote honest and reliable behaviours towards all interested parties. This document includes the Code of Ethics of Raben Group and information concerning the communication channel which can be used to signal doubts or deviations from the abovementioned rules (page 19). The acceptance of the Code of Ethics is the supplier s commitment that all present and future business relations with Raben Group are consistent with the rules included in this document. 1
