If your email address is not already registered in My Account, you will use the same login credentials for My Account as you use for your Pro Xtra account. B. Program Period. The Program is effective from January 1 to December 31 each calendar year (each separate calendar year is a Program Period ). The Home Depot may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, terminate the Program at any time or designate different Program Periods. Discount levels and accrued spend reached by each Member during a Program Period expire each year at 12:01am ET on January 1st of the succeeding Program Period. The Qualifying Purchases minimum threshold reached by each Member at the end of a Program Period determines the Member s starting Paint Discount and/or Rewards Discount level at the commencement of the immediately succeeding Program Period. Spending in subsequent Program Periods must exceed the Qualifying Purchase Minimum Threshold level of the previous year s Program Period to maintain that Paint Discount and/or Rewards Discount level in the next annual Program Period. C. Eligibility and Registration. The Program is available to professional customers of The Home Depot who have fully completed the registration process. To register, visit a The Home Depot store in your area, complete registration (providing, among other things, your company name, mailing address, primary telephone number and valid email address), and read and accept these Program rules. The primary phone number you provide at registration will be your individualized Program identification number ( Program Number ). Registration allows you to register forms of tender that you may utilize for Qualifying Purchases. Tender forms include, but are not limited to, the following: credit card account information, debit card account information, checking account and routing information, and The Home Depot issued Key Tag cards. Participants may request a Key Tag card to track Qualifying Purchases made with cash, gift card or store credit; however, the Key Tag card must be presented to a The Home Depot associate prior to completing a sales transaction. Providing false information or omitting requested information may be grounds for denial of enrollment, accrual of Qualifying Purchases, and/or suspension of membership. Members must provide a valid email address during registration or, if previously registered without an email address, by contacting the Pro Xtra Customer Care Center, or by visiting the Pro Desk or Special Services Desk at their local The Home Depot store. D. Member Inactivation/Suspension. Members may choose to inactivate their membership at any time. Additionally, The Home Depot reserves the right to suspend any Member at any time. Further, such suspended or inactive Members will not receive any membership benefits during the period of being inactive or suspension. Members will only begin accruing Qualifying Purchases and receiving applicable Paint Discounts when subsequently activated in the Program by The Home Depot in its sole discretion. E. Qualifying Purchases. Products and services that are eligible to count towards Qualifying Purchases are subject to change from time to time at The Home Depot s discretion. The use of registered tender forms allows Qualifying Purchases to be tracked retroactively. Registered, active Members in good standing who fail to present their Program Number during a sales transaction and/ or fail to use registered tender forms to pay for Qualifying Purchases may have such Qualifying Purchases added to their Qualifying Purchases history by following the instructions below within 120 days of the sales transaction: Call (866) 333-3551 to speak with a Pro Xtra Customer Care Center representative ( Customer Service ) for the Program.
