Project Leader bilateral Matra Flex Program in Romania, 2008-2011 Development of an integrated nation wide system of alternatives for prison sanctions for drug addicted offenders. Monthly 3-4 days in Romania. Trainer and project leader of Matra project Strengthening the Probation Service in Romania, 2005-2008 Development and implementation of a programme for community sanctions, social skills trainings, risk assessment and advisory reports. Vice chair of the national assembly Unit Managers Community Sanctions, 2005-2013 Monthly monitoring the daily practice of the executing of Community Sanctions in the Netherlands. Initiating changes and new developments on execution and management level, organizing audit programs. Member national Taskforce Redesign Supervision, 2007-2009 This small group of experts was appointed by de national director of the probation, who gave the order to develop a completely new vision / approach / skills / instruments on Supervision and to organize the implementation.
