By Q3 2014, the number of loans to first-time buyers was showing an increase on the same period in 2013 1. Perhaps the housing market is beginning to make a recovery. The stakes are high for first-time buyers By the time today s first-time buyers have bought their own home they could have saved for a huge deposit, perhaps borrowing from parents or wiping out savings. Explaining the cost of protection in everyday terms Ask your clients how they would manage financially if they became critically ill.
