Introduction I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There's nothing worse than getting your hands on a system only to be met with pages and pages of filler. This system is very simple and is based on betting on horses that are returning to the track quickly after a recent win. Horses, just like athletes, are trained to peak at specific times. They can only peak for a short period of time otherwise they risk injury. The idea is that a horse that has won its last race can be turned out again quickly while still at a peak and get another race in. Obviously the trainer will not turn him out again quickly if he thinks he is feeling the effects of his recent run and risk getting injured. These quick returning horses still offer a wealth of profitable opportunities. This particular system is based on horses that are returning to the track within 6 days of their last race AND won their last race. This in itself it profitable to follow and it makes sense. The horse is in good form as shown by its recent win and the horse is race fit as it has raced within the last week. Often trainers will run these horses again quickly to beat the handicapper. To increase profits I've narrowed down specific age ranges for the different categories of race (flat and jumps). Let's crack on with the exact system rules.

The System Rules The Horse Must Have Won Last Time Out. The Horse Must Be Returning Between 1-6 Days (Inclusive). If The Race Is On The Flat The Horse Must Be Aged 3-6 (Inclusive). If The Race Is Over Hurdles The Horse Must Be Aged 5+. If The Race Is Over Chases The Horse Must Be Aged 7+. Note: We don't bet in NHF races. We are not concerned with the category of race last time out. We bet in both handicaps and non-handicaps. We bet on all tracks in UK and Ireland. If there's more than one qualifier in a race we bet on all the selections. For this system you can use any daily paper to find the selections. My preferred method is by using the Racing Post website. To find the selections you simply bring up a race card...

As this system has very few rules it's very easy to see at a glance if any horses are selections. To see if a horse won it's last race you have to look for a 1 as the last digit in the 'FORM' column. To see the number days since the horse last run you have to look at the number after the horse's name in the 'HORSE' column. To see the horses age you simply look at the 'AGE' column. The above example is a flat race and so the horse Glennten passes all the rules and is a selection. (I've circled in red the key bits in the race card). It's as simple as that!

Final Thoughts I said this was going to be short and sweet! As with any system you must set aside a betting bank. I would start with just 100 so you get used to the up and down swings. Stakes should be 3% of your betting bank. I highly recommend you use Betfair and BOG bookies to maximise your profits. BOG bookmakers usually have better odds for the shorter priced horses but Betfair will have the best odds for the longer price selections (5/1 and above). It's a cracking system so please give it a go and don't just leave this pdf gathering dust on your computer. Take care, Kris Jackman Founder Tipster Supermarket P.S.
