Data Content EnBS/EMDI (Enhanced Market Data Interface) Eurex and EnBS Xetra are available on a monthly basis starting January 2010. The data is derived from the Eurex Enhanced Broadcast Solution (EnBS) respectively from the Eurex Enhanced Market Data Interface (EMDI) as of 3 December 2012. For the time period between 3 December 2012 and 2 December 2013 ENBS and EMDI data was available simultaneously. In order to decode/parse the EnBS/EMDI data, the corresponding Market Data interface documentation of the respective trading platform is needed. Please note that for the past trading platform releases different Interface documentation and xml templates need to be applied for processing of the files. 2. Delivery Mode EnBS/EMDI Eurex and EnBS Xetra are delivered via hard disk. Please note that depending on varying times necessary for compiling the respective data, delivery times may differ.

Clients are not permitted to forward the Historical Data to third parties or to display it on public devices such as the Internet. Deutsche Börse AG shall not be liable for the correctness, timeliness and completeness of the information provided. Should Deutsche Börse AG, acting with wilful misconduct or gross negligence, breach a duty or obligation in connection with providing the data, it shall be liable for any direct damage caused thereby. In addition, Deutsche Börse AG is liable for any breach of material obligations caused by slight negligence on its behalf.
