The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. 3) The Site is maintained by a group of people motivated by freedom of expression and dissemination of information by all countries of the world, and it is a nonprofit project sustained with the support of advertising media. 4) The Site is totally free, you do not pay anything, do not register, no need to sign up, and no need to install any software on your computer. II - CONTENT 1) We do not make any type of release; keep stored in servers or broadcast of video or audio. 2) We are not a content provider; we are limited to link to those TV channels that broadcast free over the Internet through their own online signals. 3) We are not a television transmitter and we does not deviate signal of radio or TV, we just crawl and organize links available for streaming from open and free Internet. All content accessible through our site comes from the official websites and from existing sources on the Internet, like Youtube.com, Imeem.com, Vimeo.com, and others. 4) We do not have any relationship, right, responsibility, and assume no liability for content transmitted. 5) We do not encourage any form of piracy, distribution or download content subject to copyright and under which you have not legal rights or permission from the copyright holders to make it. VI - COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATIONS 1) We are not the primary producer of any of the visual content; the only exceptions to these statements are all the videos of the former TV Show INFINITUS TV, since they were produced by our Executive Producer Ricardo Lopes. 2) The MEGA BRAZIL TV and INFINITUS TV names, domain name and logos are the exclusive property of MEGA LOPES, LLC, whether registered or unregistered, all other trade names, logo or trademarks appearing in our website are trademarks of their respective owners. Your unauthorized use of trademarks appearing on the site may constitute a violation of law, which could subject you to substantial civil penalties. 3) Nothing contained in our website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels or otherwise, any license or right to use any of material, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, our trade names, domain name, trademarks, logo, movie, videos or photos, and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, even if it is free and nonprofit, in any manner, without our express prior written consent. 4) If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, and you want to remove any content from our Site, please contact us with a written notification containing the following information: Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

Although we reserves the right to identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. 6) Providing a regular embedded link to a Youtube video is clearly not infringing on any copyright laws on my part, similarly, I can post links to any web page without asking permission from the owners. We have no obligation to delete content that you may find objectionable or offensive. If the content do not infringes Copyright Law, please don't report just because you don't like the way you look in it or for personal reason. 7) If you do not want to have your videos in our Site, you can disable embedding of your video from on external sites.
