FEGLI: physical or mental illness; diagnosis/treatment of physical or mental illness, ptomaine or bacterial infection, except by accidental external wound; war; armed aggression/insurrection while acting as an actual combatant; suicide; attempted suicide; injuring oneself on purpose; illegal drugs; driving while intoxicated.
