You will inject yourself with insulin into the belly, around the navel or into the thigh. Change the injection site, remember, that for each new shot you have to choose a new place, keep the distance at the size of 3 fingers between the new and the last shot.
It is necessary for the regular insulin absorption. Before injecting yourself with insulin you have to clean the injection site with alcohol swab, then pinch up your skin, make a fold and insert the needle at a 90 angle.
