Preserving your wealth throughout every life stage As the summer of youth turns to autumn and financial obligations change, the protection offered by Wealth Elite will evolve to fit your needs at different stages of life. The plan puts greater focus on protection earlier in life, when financial obligations are likely to be greater. In the event that a premature death is suffered by the insured, who is the person protected under the policy, the death benefit can become an immediate source of funds to protect the financial security of loved ones, allowing their lifestyles to remain uncompromised. At a later stage in life, when financial obligations diminish, the protection level of the plan will be automatically adjusted as the focus shifts to wealth accumulation, fulfilling your legacy planning needs. Wealth Elite builds on your legacy, for a death benefit that will protect your loved ones beyond your lifetime. Enhancing your savings for a legacy that keeps growing Wealth Elite offers stable long-term returns through guaranteed cash value and non-guaranteed bonuses, enabling you to establish lasting financial security for future generations. Allocating your gift to your loved ones Through Wealth Elite, you have the option of allocating the death benefit to individual beneficiary(ies), ensuring that your wealth is passed to your loved ones without disturbing family stability.

WEALTH ELITE 5 For the protection you need and a legacy that will provide for your descendants, Wealth Elite extends your wealth in the following ways. Enhance potential returns through bonuses I. II. Protection that evolves with your needs As a participating insurance plan, Wealth Elite distributes your share of the profit generated from this product group through a non-guaranteed Reversionary Bonus and nonguaranteed Extra Bonus, which are declared under your policy at least once per year. Reversionary Bonus The Reversionary Bonus is a non-guaranteed bonus, the face value of which forms a permanent addition to your policy once it is declared. It may be cashed out or left to accrue in your policy throughout its duration, allowing the value of your policy to grow with time. Extra Bonus The Extra Bonus is a non-cumulative, non-guaranteed bonus, the amount of which is valid until the next declaration. The amount may be increased or decreased on every declaration based on a number of factors, including but not limited to investment returns and general market volatility. If the insured passes away, we will pay the death benefit to the person whom you select in your policy as beneficiary as follows: Death benefit If the insured passes away before the age of 70, or within the first 20 policy years if this period ends later If the insured passes away thereafter The higher of: i. 100% of the face amount; and ii. 80% of the face amount plus the face value of any Reversionary Bonus and any Extra Bonus 80% of the face amount plus the face value of any Reversionary Bonus and any Extra Bonus In any event, we will deduct all outstanding debt under your policy before making the above payments. We may make payment of the face values of any Reversionary Bonuses accumulated and any Extra Bonus under your policy as follows: a. Upon the death of the insured; or b. When the policy matures, once the insured reaches the age of 100. In the event that the policy is terminated by other means, we will make payment of any cash value that may have accumulated on any Reversionary Bonus, and the cash value of Extra Bonus under the policy. These cash values are not guaranteed.

6 WEALTH ELITE III. Wealth accumulation with added flexibility More than insurance protection, Wealth Elite offers the opportunity for long-term capital growth in the form of: a. Guaranteed cash value; b. Cash value of the Reversionary Bonus; plus c. Cash value of the Extra Bonus. Furthermore, to enhance your financial flexibility, the Wealth Elite offers you the option of cashing out any Reversionary Bonus or withdrawing any cash value by reducing the face amount of your policy. After you exercise this option, the future value of the policy will be reduced. A policy loan may also be taken out, through which you can borrow up to 90% of the guaranteed cash value of the policy and cash value of the Reversionary Bonus. Interest on a policy loan will be charged at a rate solely determined by us. IV. A benefit for a century well lived If the insured survives to the age of 100, your policy will mature and we will make payment of the sum of the following: a. Guaranteed cash value, which equals the premium you paid with no extra premium loading; b. Face value of the Reversionary Bonus; and c. Face value of the Extra Bonus. We will deduct all outstanding debt under your policy before making the above payment, and your policy will terminate thereafter. V. One-time premium for protection up to the age of 100 Wealth Elite offers life insurance coverage until the insured turns 100 years of age. Catering to insureds between the ages of 18 and 70, it is available with a face amount starting from US$3,000,000. The plan is denominated in US dollars, with a single premium payable in a lump sum, avoiding the obligation of long-term premium payments.

We would like to remind you to review the relevant product materials and proposal illustrations (if applicable) provided to you and seek independent professional advice if necessary. Key Product Risks 1. The savings component of the plan is subject to risks and possible loss. Should you surrender the policy early, you may receive an amount considerably less than the total amount of premiums paid. 2. We will cancel your policy if: the insured passes away; the policy matures once the insured reaches the age of 100; or the outstanding loan amount exceeds the guaranteed cash value plus the cash value of the Reversionary Bonuses. 3. We underwrite the plan and you are subject to our credit risk. If we are unable to satisfy the financial obligations of the policy, you may lose a substantial part, and even all, of your premium paid and benefits. Cancellation Right You have the right to cancel and obtain a refund of any premiums paid by giving written notice to us. Such notice must be signed by you and submitted to the Customer Service Centre of AIA International Limited at 12/F, AIA Tower, 183 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong or the Customer Service Centre of AIA International Limited at Unit 1903, 19/F, AIA Tower, 251A-301 Avenida Comercial de Macau, Macau within 21 days after the delivery of the policy or the written notice to you or your representative informing you that the policy is available, whichever is earlier.
