The group is comprised of 15 wholly owned subsidiaries, which includes three trusts and three joint ventures The company group owns their own production and distribution facilities, as well as most of the food processing machinery and equipment it uses. It currently employs 1,200 permanent and 300 part-time staff. Shareholding in the group is widely-held. It is considering expanding its business operations into South East Asia over the next five to ten years.

However, due to the complexity of its business operations, it relies on the supplementation of an external accounting and legal advisory firm to ensure compliance with the law.
