How we can assist you We offer a diverse range of services such as reporting, payroll, tax compliance, accounting, ongoing corporate legal assistance, cash-management, human resource services. In order to assist foreign firms, our dedicated team will: Create business structures in France : a representative of a foreign firm, a branch, a subsidiary; Choose what kind of company to create with regard to initial share capital, the number of shareholders, whether there are any partners, the responsibilities of the management ; Perform all administrative tasks : invoicing, payment vouchers, verification of expense reports; Prepare accounts in compliance with French standards, calculating and preparing tax returns and financial statements; Prepare reports in compliance with international standards or in accordance with the accounting principles of the parent company (using the group chart of accounts); Handle management accounting, cash flow statements and budgets; Manage the statutory documents for employees : payrolls, social security deductions, the choice of health and life insurance, payroll journal entries, benefits in kind, the integration of stock options, RSU, ESPP; Explain to your employees and financial officers the subtleties of French law and help them to ensure compliance; Adapt our services to your needs such as preparing reports per your specific requirements on our own accounting system and/or on your accounting system through a VPN.
