Chiropractic Care: Benefits otherwise covered by the plan must be covered if provided by a doctor of chiropractic acting within the scope of their license. (PHSA 2706(a)) Most cost shares apply to in-network benefits only. Out-of-network benefits, if available, are defined by the insurer. Emergency must be covered at the same cost share for both in and out-of-network, however, different maximum out-of-pocket costs and balance billing may apply.
